Lately there is more and more of these scam signature campaigns.
It's easy to avoid though, if there's an illogical refusal of escrow - boom, there you go, it's a scam. Won't stop newbies and shills from signing up, but at least decent people won't fall for the scam attempts.

It definitely is a scam. Out of all the people who applied, I see only 2 have kept the signature on, and no communication has been made by the op regarding anything.

Maybe you should reconsider. Not saying this is a scam, but the op hasn't provided any proof of funds, neither has he logged in since September 30th.
