Senzacervello, we don't have any inside track with any of the offerwalls. Your only recourse is through them. They have a contact form, but I've heard mixed reports on that avenue.

I am perfectly aware of this, but as this problem seems to be shared among many users, maybe - as a publisher - you could have more "weight" in asking for an explanation. I contacted their support anyway, but as for now I did not receive any reply. In case I will, I will let you know

That was a poor choice of words on my part. The issue here is that a tiny percentage—less than 0.1%—of offers have problems. Due to the way the offerwall system(s) are implemented, the relationship that effects those individual offers is the one between the user and the offerwall. We see only what the offerwall tells us, giving us (and other offerwall hosts) no role in crediting for the claim process other than giving our members what the offerwall tells us they earned.

Mind you, that less-than-0.1% figure doesn't make it any better for those who experience problems. As I've noted before, I've personally experienced my fair share of claims that didn't go through over the years. It's definitely frustrating.

Cointiply, can i ask you at which point you are with the problem about the games activity bar?

We're continuing to work on it, bitnux, and might not have a real fix until we roll some major changes.

Flechashe, those kinds of issues are always best handled through a ticket. From here I couldn't have done anything. Smiley

Hello Cointiply, today i upgraded my Carrier Depot to level 183, but for some reason, i paid for it twice. This is extra weird cause i got negative balance. It was not leveled up twice, i just paid double. I filed a ticket, but I wanted to put it here too.
Can you reimburse those 384 coins?

Here's the screenshot of my activity history: https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/36005198064/original/Screenshot_20180422-162354.png?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=AKIAJ2JSYZ7O3I4JO6DA%2F20180422%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20180422T193258Z&X-Amz-Expires=300&X-Amz-Signature=de3e283c49368e62be400055829354d408c2f747daab0e984dc18974c46be009&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=Host&response-content-type=image%2Fpng

Hey, congrats! I'm glad Persona.ly came through, and we aren't going anywhere. Smiley

Good to know. Minute Staff, instead, has more than one problem. All the offers I have completed (mail, join a service and so on) have been revised by the staff, cancelled from pending status, but none of them credited. By the way, I have never received any warning so I suppose they have been correctly done.
Almost 3000 coins lost somewhere and no clue why.

If you can help with those guys to clarify would be much appreciated

Same here, it was two offers under the Action section. I have completed them properly, pasted the confirmation emails [headers included as instructed], they are now no more in pending status and I haven't got paid.

Just to inform you that my big bet via Persona.ly has been successful. I got a good amount of coins that I have re-invested in whole in your site. Now that I entered the top 50 of mining power be kind and do not disappear.

Thanks, D4m1en. I'm glad they were willing to work it out. I wish, though, there was a way for you to claim when you're at work.

That's good to know, D4m1en. This is the first report I've had on Puffin relating to the offerwalls. Mind sharing anything else relevant from your ticketing process?

It has been quite the ride, it took me a while to explain what was going on. They probably thought I was using a VPN or something. The team replies very quickly though. At any rate I just had a further look at my score history, apparently the score got lowered because of a trap question I got wrong, so they did temporarily ban me because of Puffin but the score itself wasn't affected.

Question: it turned out that our IT department definitely prevented the access via wi-fi to the cointiply.com domain. I found out that we can still access the site if we use the Puffin browser, which to my knowledge encrypts all the traffic via cloud services located in California. Any counterindication to that? As far as I can tell it disrupts geolocation due to the US ip address [I'm located in Europe] so not sure if I risk a ban.

D4m1en, on your other question, just know that members who are being honest are never likely to be banned. Smiley

A heads up on this: I've been banned by AdScend Media just by merely loading a survey with Puffin, they have detected that the IP didn't match the location and immediately blocked access to all surveys. They eventually lifted the ban after a number of tickets but my AdScend score is now so low I don't have access anymore to most surveys and I have to wait 6 months before it's restored to normal values.

tl;dr: don't use Puffin

The dev team corrected me—you are right. Checking in counteracts the decline entirely and gives you a net 5% boost. Five videos during that hour would let you boost a total of 10% in one hour. I have no idea how I've managed my own Mine with the wrong math!

The big thing here is that it's so much easier to maintain your Mine with the videos, and we have much more that we're working on.

MinuteStaff does have a contact form, but I've not personally used it.

I thought my mines gives out some amount of coins for me after all and the pool prize is completely different story?

The efficiency boost doesn't work on my end, watched three ads and the efficiency didn't increase.

I'm guessing it works like the Reset Activity boost, adds efficiency every hour. Unconfirmed.

I have just seen a tweet confirming it is +5%, like the reset activity. I am wondering whether video+reset gives +10% per hour

Aye, it's a potential net gain of 10% every hour, 8% with the hourly Efficiency decline. Put another way, the videos are cumulative with the hourly check-in.

And this is just the tiny first step of many more to come.
Are you sure the hourly efficiency decline applies even if that hour you have checked in on your mine? I think it doesn't, as when i check in, I see a 5% gain and not a 3% one.
Did you increase the decline because of the new feature? Or not yet? (you said that for now, as there are not many ways you can increase your efficiency, the decline is tiny, but it will go up with the new features you add).
