We operate on UTC time. I'm not sure where you are, but sometime on Saturday or eeeearly Sunday morning is best. We're not on a fixed schedule, so it's hard to be any more specific than that. Congrats on earning enough for a direct withdrawal!

We had a server issue that's now fixed. Apologies for the trouble!

I can confirm, now it's ok thank you Smiley

A question:
On the site you say that "Bitcoin withdrawals are processed once a week, every Sunday night", can i know what time is it now for you?
i'm going to process my first withdrawal, i would like to make as much as i can before requesting it.
Thanks.

When i try to change section on the site, i keep getting a page that states "An error occured, please reload the page." with an ad above that statement...
This is happening very often for a few hours, and i must reload the page 1 to 6 times before being able to get the page i want.
This happens when i play the hourly roll on the faucet too, i must play it a few times to make it work.

I don't think the problem depends from me... Just wanted to let you know anyway.

Same here i have to refresh it 1 to 2 times then it disappears it's appearing very often to me

Hi _bitnux_, our Coins are tied to the dollar. As Bitcoin goes up, your Coins are worth fewer satoshis, but remain constant in dollar terms. When Bitcoin goes down, your Coins are worth more satoshis.

We did it this way so that volatile swings in Bitcoin's price don't wreck us or our members. Your Coins are always worth the same in dollars. Thanks for being a member and using Cointiply. Smiley

Hello, a question:
Is the amount of satoshis compared to "coins" price dependant and adjusted in real time?
I noticed that the amount of satoshis i have decreased by 2k despite having the same amount of coins i had yesterday.
I know that from yestarday the value of btc has increased, is this the reason why i have less satoshis?
So, if the price of btc decrease my satoshi equivalent will rise again?
Thanks.

Hey BasikkBeaches (great name Smiley ). You are eligible for the random 200 Coin bonuses we award to active Mines. We do five of those every hour. To earn steady Coins every hour, you need a Mining Power of 30 or more. I'm thinking you're just below that? That's total Mining Power, including your Efficiency bonus.

Let me know if you still have questions, and thanks for playing our game. We have lots of features coming for it.

The mining game seems pretty cool, but i'm not sure if I am doing it right because I have yet to earn any coins from it. I only have a Carrier Depot level 21, is that just too little equipment or do I need to build a headquarters first?

I signed up some days ago at here and I was amazed (and worried) about the good claim rates.

Fortunately, my first impressions, after seeing this thread, is good about the admin. I hope this impression will remain like this.. Looking forward for reaching my first payment. Smiley

The challenge: can you reach withdraw threshold in 24 hours.

While my first attempt failed, my second attempt was a success.

Mission Completed

Ramon1, as long as our members are honest and not trying to "cheat" the system we are pretty flexible and understanding. In general, for instance, there's no issue with two people on the same IP as long as they're not referring each other (which our system usually detects and disallows anyway). We built Cointiply for our members, and we want everyone (including us!) to have fun and be able to earn some cryptocurrency with it.

If you are unsure about something specific please open a support ticket and ask. We will let you know.

Thanks for the question.

Thank *you* for clarifying that!

Thanks, Cointiply. I cannot identify a reason so I'm just going to put it down to error/glitch. Nothing specific given in the message and it is on topic and was posted in this thread. Cheers.
