I knew all along though and often said on here that they would one day pull the rug from under us. At a huge loss to us. The people who actually worked and made next to nothing.
It was extremely hard to get people to actually participate in this site here in America. Because everyone else knew what I didn't and said what I should have thought. I'm not investing all of that time for it to be taken away from me by some overseas scam site.

It's sad to see the mining game gone. Spent a lot of time playing it.
But I have always wondered about the economical sustainability of that game.
On one hand I want to waiver my payout but on the other hand I've spent a lot of time and coins on it.

Me too. It was too good to be true. They had to know that 60 gems per coin ratio was too much at the beginning. They had to know that game was struggling when they introduced 5% interest only 12 days before end of game, still they introduced it. In chat they said that they have sustainability at least 3 years, but it was a lie. Probably good money for devs, but thousands worked for nothing many months.

My loyalty bonus has reset to 2% and there is no reason for it. I haven't missed any days. I'm already getting ripped off by a mine that cant produce gems anymore. I'm owed hundreds of dollars by your surveys that I never received. Now the loyalty bonus isn't working. I also cant access the ticket system or I would have made one. It's just not working.

I didnt notice that. Is that a recent change? I feel like at one time my mine gave me gems, but now i'm second guessing. If it never did, then I can totally see all the complaints about gems because I can barely get any surveys work for me or to pay anymore and that's PURE BS. I'll never be able to pay the upkeep on my mine like that. But if I somehow got all those back coins that I got ripped off for it sure would be a lot easier. Been saying this game is a scam though. LoL
