Just checked, all works fine. Most probably it was just short-time overload of our hosting servers (CoinURL currently is located on the virtual server, which performance depends of the overall physical server load).
Don't worry if this error sometimes happens, in most cases it lasts only few minutes or even less.

I've been getting a bit of these MySQL errors with your ads lately :
Code:
Warning: mysqli::mysqli() [mysqli.mysqli]: (42000/1203): User bitlatsl_coinurl already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home7/bitlatsl/public_html/coinurl.com/data/dbconnect.php on line 5

Might want to adjust your settings/server. Tongue

Some kind of JavaScript form validation shouldn't be too hard to implement along with the ad preview... Wink
Done!

The ad preview showed up right, that's why I didn't even bother checking for typos. Now I wonder from where did I take the 97310 value...

Perhaps you could make the system check for errors in order to make these mistakes less frequent?

EDIT: It seems to be fixed now, thanks. I also noticed it trims the input to six chars, while it should allow for a leading # plus six chars (most HTML editors and page inspectors show the color codes this way), making 7 chars total. Some kind of JavaScript form validation shouldn't be too hard to implement along with the ad preview... Wink

This is something I've been noticing since I set up banner ads at tny.im, but the style does not match the one I set up at CoinURL.

If you access http://tny.im , you'll see the color of the CoinURL ad title is blue, however, on the profile for that slot, I set it to orange to go with all the other link colors. The colors I set don't match the ones that appear Sad
You have entered invalid color: "97310" (5 characters, while HTML notation requires 3 or 6 chars).

Would it be possible to exclude an ad from being shown on chosen sites by prepending the URL with a minus mark or something? (eg. -http://www.bitbin.it/ )

It would be quite redundant to see an ad about BitBin in BitBin. Tongue
It is possible! Just enter

Code:
-bitbin.it

in the URL targeting options.

Install an overlay script on your website's pages and earn on each visit! When some user visits a page with this script installed, he will be immediately exposed to an ad then returned back to the target page.
Nag screen on my site? Hm, I don't think I'm that greedy... It's because of ads like that that people are installing ad-killers that also block perfectly unobtrusive, discreet ads...
I try to offer as much as possible methods of advertising and it is up to the website's owner to choose an appropriate one, depending on its target audience!

BTW, stay tuned! Next days I will announce non-intrusive banner advertising on the CoinURL.
