registered but no promotions recieve yet, and i deposit 0.002 btc credited in my account, try to trade but not comportable using mobile,check my trading history and its empty so i widthdraw my 0.002 btc and its gone, i didnt recieve my 0.002 btc. hope they fix this issue..

The amount that deposited also increased quite a lot. You have good chance to get balance out of it if you trade well.
