Your gpu is a vliw5 design with 800 shaders that makes for thread-concurrecy a minimum of 4000. Your from the Netherlands or Belgium? If so you might try this server instead of the east1, in my miner it seams to be dead at the moment: coye.dedicatedpool.com with same port 3356 or use the west1.us server.

, cgminernogpu.exe is now working. But is says only from pool 0 new block detected ( several lines now ) but it doesn't show any Mhash/s, the most upper line is completely empty...On GUI miner i set coye.d.p.com and the thread -concurrency up to 4500 but it remains only "connecting "

Yeah, I'm from the Netherlands too. Don't use thread-concurrency 4500, you can't divide it by 800 (shadercores for 5770) start would be 4000 and then up but it must be dividible by 800 and 5. Why would you use cgminernogpu, cpu mining is not profitable and not power efficient and gives you only between 60-80 kh/s. your gpu can do between 150-200 kh/s, never will you get with your setup mh/s for scryptmining.
