security,like correctness,is not an add-on feature
Pool topic is closed so here is my suggestion, distraction with a different meaning and still sounds familiar to the old name.

This user is a troll, don't waste your time on vote. The dev team has voted already on "NO NAME CHANGE". We will keep our name to ride on the kanye parody, and exchanges do not mind.

If established exchanges haven't picked up the coin by now, wouldn't you think they're worried about legal action?  There's 28 pages or more of requests for Cryptsy to put COYE on their exchange, more than any other coin, but it hasn't happened.  Now I know that you or I can't speak for Cryptsy or any other exchanges, but don't you believe that's why their staying away from this coin?

really dude? Smiley That was my idea and you gave me 0 credit for that and call it yours? I'm trying to doubt about your credibility to be coinye's leader.

I am definitely not the right person to ask or say anything about trading, so, here's a question:

Would someone who has the best interest of COYE and it's longevity in mind, detail how people who have COYE should act / trade in the first hours or days of hitting an exchange. I feel a detailed explanation of how and why people should trade, might help the noobies that are on this coin, as well as some others who might not be interested in waiting long term.

FYI I think there was a breach at pool.coinye.pw

For a period of time I couldn't log in to the dashboard (web interface) but my miner didn't disconnect so I let it run overnight.
When I woke up this morning, I found that there was no new coinye that was added to my account. Instead, it all went to an account:

5Zg7dVfX...urRUhSLM

I don't know how long this happened for or anything, but everyone on that pool should definitely double check their account settings.

Use coye.dedicatedpool.com, they have a good support and really business approach.

Did you use same password/login id at diff pools. Either your id/password was stolen at some other pool  or it might be this pool as well

Yeah I'm going to change my password for coinye, it's likely it was probably stolen from another pool (too lazy to use a different password for every one of the 50 pools I mine from....) I'll just change it for all of them now.

Yea, that happened to me. Also for the same reason, laziness. Ended up losing BAT, COYE, DOGE, and some other coins. Learned my lesson. Made all new accounts with all kinds of new passwords that have to be written down in a notebook for reference. Shoulda done this in the first place.

Tnx to the ppl that made the 2000 Coinye donation to my address ( 5hxgrNRiPC7BVp9Am7b7ANt7bCUrD5KVUd ).
Now got a whooping 14337 Coinye  Wink LoL.

Started mining from the start only on a old CPU ... my wife will not be so amused when she sees the energie bill.
But could not resist to join this 1 even for fun.  Grin

Just do this but add the coinye miner instead.

Helped me a ton.

I will be dumping my 32 MIL at 1 satoshi, I'm fine cashing out and getting $300

Do you think alot of people have that much coin.. or just a few people have alot ?

Not sure.  I have over 15 million myself, but I'm in no rush to dump them.  Grin

If anything your better off to sell in intervals as the coin climbs.  Maximize your ROI obviously.

I've given away a few million to people who deserved them as well and donated to a few giveways/faucets.

Some guy from another forum (litecointalk.org) explained that he found dogecoin at its very beggining, so he decided to mining it just for fun during 1 day (he get some milion coins)... He hold the coins for some days while mining other stuff and then he sell them when the doge price increased...

At the end he spent about 1 day of electricity on mining doge and thanks to that he earned enough to buy a new rig like the one he already had... (I estimate about 1400-1500 $).

Nice profit  Grin

But DOGE was bigger than this....and not illegal....and bigger the starting hashrate was MUCH higher!

I doubt that. If Coinye was able to get a law suit filed against it then it means it was much bigger then Doge. But now your statement feels true. But still we need to see what happens with the Exchanges.
