yeah the problem could be that "official" exchanges wont list it because of the legal issues? that would be a problem for this coin to growthe only problem is maybe cryptsy wont list the coin.

I saw much worse coins without developers, without users, only few people were interested and they got listed on cryptsy and finally were traded high.
paycoin forinstance - even I did not expect that it could be once so high and sold it all....
I am still having 6 millions of coyne coin and I am not selling any single coin. I will keep it and wait at least one or two months.
If minining become easier I will start mining again with my mining rig.
even if all people would go away, me and my friends alone can keep coin alive and I am not afraid that this coin die soon. Maybe it would not last forever or next 100 years but I am sure it can exists couple of years.
I don't think people in Europe or China are afraid of legal actions from coyne layers, its funny. They could threaten maybe a few people in US but nothing more.

cryptsy and coinedup will list this coin. BUT, it won't happen before we don't have legal problems with the coin... Which we don't cause this is not the sued coin. But, nevertheless they probably won't list until media or judge confirms that coinye is legal..
I repeat, they will list coinye, but not soon, maybe in a month, o0r two or three who knows...
The important thing is that coin is very much alive and that we will have exchanges for trading coinye either way!
