I've talked to Coinye devs before and just yesterday. They have no interest in doing any work for coinye. I'm holding 30 mil so I wish they would do something about rebranding.
I could get them to hand it over to me? I can rebrand it, gain some hype. Get us back on a decent exchange.

Don't send anything if you don't want to get scammed. That's my humble advice.
It won't work anyway. You would have to close all the coinye related sites and this topic, and then maybe you won't get sued. Xnigma listed this coin as KOI - gayfishcoin, and still got sued. But if you want to do something, go ahead. Also there is over 70M Coinye up for grabs at coinyethecoin.com.

It would be a brand new name, same blockchain though. I'm not gonna waste my time trying to get that 70 mil on coinye because coinye is dead. I might consider designing those programs for the rebrand coin.

I have some free time today and this weekend. I'm getting some designs and I'll start the rebranding process later today. I'm also going to be talking with some good exchanges. Maybe paying a small fee to get listed, if we get enough donations.

Both designs are pretty slick. Now all we need is some whales to move forward with rebranding on all levels. Could even call it the "Koi"n if we wanted to be cute about it. I'm sure there's someone out there with 1B or so KOI they want to push up in price.
