What I read was that they require 5 confirmations. I've deposited some DOGE without a problem. Testing with COYE now …
They definitely need some list of incoming/unconfirmed transactions showing the confirmations to cool down people.
Update: COYE deposit worked fine as well. After 5 confirmations and some few more time (cronjob?) it appeared in my balance.

My last lot of COYE took about 15mins to show up due to long blocks been mined was something like 400% on my pool
