1) Premine was 0.37% and when the lawsuit came the original dev dumped all the coins on an exchange. The premine is now in the hands of the community that bought it up. Therefore, no more premine.
2) The owner is no longer affiliated with the coin. The community has banded together to revitalize the coin with exchanges, tipping services, and more.

All of a sudden I'm in the dark as well...Didnt know the hashrate influenced the value of the coin...If I had known, I would have made a plan in some way or another to push up the hashrate before it went on an exchange, we could have been rich already.
