i am very happy that you had your money but that does not change the fact that they have very shady behavior, see they accused you of suspected abuse and you broke their terms but they did not mention what abuse they detected and did not mention in what part of their terms you broke, after you posted here on the forum and received negative feedback they paid you but they didn't come here on this forum to talk about what part you made a mistake and if you didn't make any mistake then they should have come here on the forum say you didn't break their rule and apologize to you, that's what any company would have done in that situation

but unfortunately they didn't do that and they don't seem to mind doing that, it seems to me that they paid you as a strategy to see the negative feedback that is on their account removed and then they came back with their bad behavior, I sincerely hope you don't use it anymore this casino and look for good casinos like stake.com which has been working very well for years, avoid using new casinos, they are very dangerous and created by big scammers in most cases

I think OP has already been paid by the casino as he posted an update about it in a reply before yours, but you are right that the casino is not a scam and it has been proved. Some people actually get too worried too quickly and before the casino take any proper action or do their own due diligence, users start accusing them of being cheaters or scammers, etc.

Reading the terms and conditions of a platform before signing up or making a deposit is as important as reading a contract before signing it when we are getting into a business deal but we barely read the terms and conditions and then later start complaining.

With respect to a gambler defaulting their terms and conditions, be it known or unknown to the gambler, the casino must reply to the gambler letting them know of their offense and citing the offense as captured in their terms and conditions of services this we can be rest assured
that the casino is being fair on their judgement and if there must be a bargain, it would start from there while the consciousness of gambler is already awaken to their offense. The forum was united to speaking on your behalf so that the casino would do the needful and at last it was resolved amicably and your funds returned back to you but would it not be fine you or the casino show us poof so that their reputation be restored. I would also advise to always do due diligence before engaging with any casino or if you find it difficult sourcing for casino out there, you can source for casino here as there are lots of casino here with good reputation and have been running for long. With everything that has transpired I'd advised that you take a second to think before you continue using the casino and if you feel that something like this might occur again then it's best that you settle down and look for a more reputable casino, we have a lot of them here you could just scan thought the service board or service discussion board and read through their ANN to see if you'll see any one that suites you.

Upon reading the conversation, I do think that there is something wrong with the casino. If we notice, the support keep on saying that @OP breaks their terms without revealing what terms of the agreement is broken. This is a simple saying that the casino is scamming @OP of his money. The casino support should identify and tell the offender of his offence not just saying he broke the rule. If @OP broke the rule, they must specify which one it is but it was never been specified, I agree that you should escalate this matter and share this to askgambler and have them investigate your case.

This is the usual dilemma if you will play on a new site and without much knowledge about it.
Since the OP found his way to this forum, I hope he will read more threads in this board to learn which casinos are reputable or not.

What I realized about trustpilot reviews is that some of them are fake reviews. If you are here in the forum, better read their respective threads and trust summary and you will get more detailed reviews and feedbacks towards the site.

I feel very bad right now after reading this very post because I could only imagine what op might be going through now and the chat support ot customer support isn't even professional about their response and why will a fraud team close down someone's account without actually pointing out the terms and conditions that was bridged and this is a clear case of a casino playing dirties with their terms and conditions and I think this is a typical criminal act and should be treated as such.
I hope op stays strong to fight through this and you should try getting your lawyer to seek legal advice I suggest to know what next to do.

Some casino are fun of doing that kind of things to their players and the only thing their after is to just move away with players' money with some flimsy excuse and accuse the player of violating the term and conditions which are not true since they will not state any possible reason for doing so because it's their way of operation and they're known for such bad reputation and lies.

So the best thing is to avoid such casinos in all totality since you will end up losing money if you deposit into them.

It's better for OP to verify this as what coinzino's rep has said that the OP has been paid in full. Well, for further reasons they're not going to disclose what violation OP did and his account is already closed.
