op, how much time you're scammed by colires?
If it only once, why do you open a new topic about the same accusation? Here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/webmoney-payment-scammed-by-colires-5370034
what is the idea to spam the forum and thus cause a ban for this user? it will not happen, there is no need to exaggerate.

I didn't pmed him first,  i made a thread in the forum and he pm'ed me. Also i lightly checked his profile, he had 62 merit and many posts, so i thought he is legit
wait, if you checked his profile. did you not see the glaring red text of exclamation mark nest to his trust? even if you lightly checked his profile I am pretty sure the red text is pretty noticeable. anyway, I hope this has been a lesson and if you ever try to make a transaction with someone here in the forum, be sure to use an escrow. it's worth spending a little bit more on an escrow than getting scammed by a lowly scammer.

Sadly no one in the world can save you from being a scam. Yes, I can guarantee that. Because Colires have multiple red tags and red flags as well. Since you PM'd him means you are aware of his flags and red tags hence you send first. Now imagine who can save you from being a scam, only you can save yourself.

The moderator or forum DT member couldn't help you and sorry to say you lost it. DT members only could tag and it was done a long ago. If you took a lesson from this scam then you should learn how to save your funds.

@moderator @admin here is the proof, kindly ban these scammer.
just like what Rikafip said, scams are not moderated so don't expect the account to be banned for scamming other people.

usually i go through user's profile before deal, but this was small amount so i neglected it. He has self-moderated topic and deleted user's comments.
He must be a poor nigerian prince for scamming mere 15$.
I bet you now feel that you should've checked the account first before making a transaction. perhaps in the future, you'll start always check who you are transacting with no matter how small amount is.

He has also created topics here exposing other scammers, but he is a scammer.
yeah, I figured it was his way of trying to earn some "reputation" or a diversion so other members won't suspect him as much.

Obviously, now is too late to give advice, but it is always a good idea to check the trust rating of a user before doing any business with them. No matter what the amount is. There are some forum members who are not even worth your time.

Colires is already known for being a scammer and there has already been a similar case with him, as shown in this thread: User @colires scammer

Scams are not moderated here therefore admins are not banning scammers.

But why on earth you thought that trading with that member might be a good idea. No mods can protect you from getting scammed since these warning below obviously weren't enough for you. With the level of negligence it was bound to happen so think of it as a not too expensive lesson.
