Yup it is slow, because you are only getting a small fraction of the site owner's ad revenue. Try selling a product or a service to get bitcoin more effectively. If you really want to focus on faucets, try to attract others to sign up using your ref links.

Then only way to profit from faucets is to either make a bot that would do everything or either play on casino faucet those are bigger than normal ones and you can claim them more frequently.

Yeah, but they usually just let people bet those BTC on their own site. You need to have a certain amount of BTC in order to be able to withdraw them as 'real' BTC to your own address. Still, those faucets of course are more fun.
You don't 'earn' BTC from a faucet. They are merely giving away some money for receiving your hit and maybe having you watch some ad.

Collecting from faucets is good to have a feel what is cryptocurrency.
Once you understand about crypto, it would be better to use other means to get bitcoin like buying them with fiat.

Yep, this is the best way (because it free) to get first coins. After that to can start mine something or buy like all of us.

I have spent the last few months collecting from faucets. Only have 0.05. It is too slow. How do you earn more bitcoin faster?

not bad, 0.05 on faucets. congratulations persistence.
in my opinion gambling is not a good option Smiley
you can play on alt coins

Trading in altcoins is as risky as gambling IMHO. If you are lucky, you can double your coins in a day. But if you are unlucky, you can lose most of your coins in a day.

It's money, so the real question is "how do I get money?".

You can earn money from doing work, such as providing a service.
You can sell things for money. And if you find something to buy cheap and sell for a profit your in business!
You can trade one currency for another. That is, you can buy bitcoin.

I think home mining is dead and you will never get much from faucets or begging. Faucets were set up in the beginning so that new users could try out the system. They were never supposed to be a revenue source.

What kind of work tho? the work you can do is freelance work like, design logos or code.. not much more reality. It's very limited. Other than that, the public is not geeky enough to care about bitcoin. I think most people try to rip you off. So what does one do about it if you want more bitcoin but you are tired of being able to only buy it with fiat? if you cant get legit paid with bitcoin it sort of defeats the purpose. we need serious jobs being paid in btc.

True that most of the job is about designing and coding, but there are also some opportunities like translation, article writers, and customer supports.

Work for your bitcoins. I am sure your time is more valuable than what the bitcoins you earned through faucets are worth.

I think it is very good result. There is no other option to make for BTC from faucet, you can only use more of it.

0.05btc from only faucets is actually not bad. There is no shortcut in getting bitcoin. You have to earn them. If I were you, I would buy some bitcoin with fiat and hold them.

Work your way up the bitcointalk ranks and join a signature campaign.
Its pretty good.

If you can get on one. There's a shortage of them at the moment and pretty much all the spots are filled.

Well if you haven't got any specific skills then you're screwed for offering services, but you could just try sell things on the marketplace. Everyone has stuff lying around the house that they could get rid of so try that.

I earn from faucet for for nearly half a year. 0.05 bitcoin is only $20, not very good. Signature campaign is good. I cannot earn that now. I am only newbie. Will post more and more active. Thank you everyone.

Gambling is not me, I will loose all my money.
