As i good remember there was similar scam few months ago. Scammer was buying domains via PayPal and after few days make chargeback.
Hopefully OP is honest guy and know what is doing, but always is better to be carefull when you make deal with not-well-known memeber..

I can guarantee that he will be the owner of that domain for a year.
And I'm not buying domains via Paypal.
So, before posting some accusations without sense, you could ask yourself maybe this guy is smarter/more resourceful than me.
