I also think is very good choice to sell new altcoins for bitcoin and hold the bitcoin until a bull run will come and after just sell if you feel you make enough profit or sell a part and hold the rest for longer.

Not everyone can take that kind of decision because everybody still feels that their altcoins from bounties could still have a good value, even it will not, that is why they chose to hold it until it has a good value. I think he is making a right decision that he should only invest his shitcoins into bitcoins, so that it could be a worth even just a small amount.

It depends on the potential of the altcoins that you're holding. Holding altcoins is still a good choice but if you're holding coins without good potential then you better sell it for Bitcoin at least you could have an assurance of good profit in the future. We all know that holding Bitcoin will always be the best choice especially for those who have seen its capability.

If the altcoins you are holding are from bounty, it is best to sell them all as soon as possible and buy bitcoin or the top altcoins in this market. Within few years time most of the altcoins will struggle to survive or be dead. The best option to secure your investment is to invest in Bitcoin for long term.

I agree that you should exchange all altcoin to bitcoin because those altcoin might lose much value if bitcoin bullrun. You should only hold top altcoin and sell all altcoin which not in top 30 because these altcoin can not be exchange directly into usd, you must exchange these into bitcoin first and this may drop much in bitcoin bullrun. You should decide as soon as possible because i feel that bitcoin bullrun is coming.

I don't think it is true that you sell altcoins, investing in bitcoin is still good, but altcoins also bring a lot of opportunities and high profits. You should think again.
Most of my altcoin from bounty campaigns are just shitty, I will rather leave them for project to shutdown than selling for penny. If the team are serious, they will do something about the price otherwise, let it just disappear.
This happened this time last year when every altcoin holders were moving into bitcoin but do you think this will happen this year? Most altcoins are not in weak hands. Some people are buying these altcoins, especially the good ones and they are not fools. Exchanges are the top altcoin manipulators and they will come in good time. I dont know when but cryptocurrency space is not always that predictable as you think.
The best decision in my opinion because holding too long altcoin which has no potential in the market tends to decrease even though bitcoin increases, don't force luck and switch to BTC is the right course of action.
hold altcoin with a very long time can not give you a guarantee to be able to get a profit, altcoin is more suitable if used for short-term trading and by trading on altcoin the risk will be higher, you should be able to be careful when trading on altcoin.
if that is true, that you have altcoin which is not the top altcoin then you make good choices, such as upgrading your altcoin to bitcoin. maybe I will also make that decision if I have a useless altcoin. bitcoin is one of the promising investments of all cryptoqurrency in this industry.
