I wouldn't pay $5 for it though, no offense lol. Be cheaper to just laser print on card stock and laminate it.

Looks pretty cool. Maybe you could use the magstripe for storing bitcoin address (or privkey if you're crazy enough)

I think the second design would look better if the QR code were aligned with the squares, kinda like this (I suck at image editing, but I think you'll get the idea):
