Take a look at all the accounts voting for Polycoin, they have low activity, were made on the same day, and have negative trust.

If I may suggest some rule - if you're going to do a voting contest, make sure no accounts that were created - after - the competition started can vote. This was a really pathetic outcome, and I don't think either of them deserves anything, due to only voting for themselves.
