That will always ask in many times because people have a big curious with something they don't know and they want to reveal who is Satoshi Nakamoto.
But I think we cannot find him if he doesn't want to show himself to the public.
He'd better stay from the public, and I think he doesn't like to be famous among the other people.
He prefers to stay in the dark.
I am sure that we have so many questions that need to be answered by him, but if he doesn't reveal himself, then we cannot get the right answer.

Regardless if Satoshi actually knows the right solution to the scaling problem or not, I'm pretty sure this is the exact thing he doesn't want to happen; that we should listen to Satoshi just because he's the one who started bitcoin in the first place, therefore he's right. He wanted decentralization, and that's for both the technical and theoretical stuff.

To be fair, it would still be decentralized. People would still be free to disagree with him, and Bitcoin would still be open source (unless CSW really is Satoshi lmfao). The only difference would be that there will be a clear, albeit informal figurehead, and that there will be no arguments about which chain is "real". The prospect of a single person having that much clout is terrifying for sure, but it's not without advantages -- consensus would be easier to achieve, for example. It's also not like he could dictate what miners and nodes should do, so he won't be in complete control of the network.

I like where we are now, but it probably wouldn't be too bad if Satoshi stayed either. I personally would like to hear his thoughts, divisive as they may be.

people have always been so curious and sometimes hyped up about Satoshi and have always wanted to know more about this mysterious and anonymous entity so partly is understandable to see so many topics and questions rise discussing different things. but at times like this there is some drama in the social media (in this case with scammer known as Craig Wright who is pulling an identity fraud) there is more interest in discussing about Satoshi so we keep seeing new topics pop up!

We can't answer these questions because we are NOT the one and only Satoshi Nakamoto and we can't look inside his mind.

More importantly: does it really matter what Satoshi thinks? Us hearing Satoshi's opinion on things would only do more harm than good. Surely one of the reasons why Satoshi preferred to stay hidden is to prevent bias when the community is debating on things(scaling solutions, etc).

I believe in this idea. He left because his opinions would be judged and debated, that is, Bitcoin would cease to be Bitcoin to be Satoshi. We would lose a big coin and win a man.

I am sick and tired of the amount of stupid questions regarding Satoshi Nakamoto that gets posted on the forum everyday. This nonsense just keeps going on and on:
"What would Satoshi think about this?,What would Satoshi think about that?"Is Satoshi a gay?"Is Satoshi a woman?""Is Satoshi  the NSA?"...
STFU people! We can't answer these questions because we are NOT the one and only Satoshi Nakamoto and we can't look inside his mind.

Can you add your mindless question to the list? Grin

The list will be endless because we can think of every possible question, because he has not left us any clue of his identity so expect people to ask the most outrageous question about his identity from him being gay to being an extraterrestrial, but to me the most stupid question is: Is he Craig Wright, because he can never be Satoshi.

We don't need to ask anything because Satoshi is living his own life peacefully. No matter what his personality and identity is, he has done his part and that's already enough for us to respect his choice to escape media. If I were Satoshi, I will do the same thing as well.

If Satoshi is still of this earth. You know... he could have died and taken his private keys with him.

There is no problem in asking questions or in being curious and even creative to elaborate theories about Satoshi Nakamoto. I think the main reason why these threads are so tiring is that they are very repetitive and bring similar content to discuss.

I wonder why we have to ask plenty of questions for Satoshi when we all know that he couldn't answer all of it. It's his choice to remain silent and live simple life so we better stop asking too much questions about him.
I actually admire his decision to stay away from the mainstream because it would only make his life stressful.

We should stop listing and ask questions regarding Satoshi Nakamoto. You and I do not know who Satoshi Nakamoto is or if it is the name of a development group. Satoshi Nakamoto is the most strange question of Cryptocurrency. Please wait until Satoshi Nakamoto's identity is published because I believe Satoshi Nakamoto is waiting for something before announcing his identity.

I have a different opinion when it comes to scaling, if Satoshi was around i am sure he might come up with a good solution that would be acceptable to everyone, if he can invent something that looked like impossible before bitcoin, i am sure he might have some idea about the scaling issue we had to encounter too, because he never created bitcoin for a selected group of people, he invented for the entire world to use.

Question (not so much) stupid:  Satoshi is male or female?

I would think he/she are a "I", I am an I. I or You is the only gender pronoun needed. I just deleted 50 gender pronouns.

The moment Craig was given the copyright to the original bitcoin whitepaper, Australian tax authority raided his house for an age old tax evasion case. The link below will confirm the news,

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2015/dec/09/bitcoin-founder-craig-wrights-home-raided-by-australian-police
Even though majority of us don't believe he is the creator of bitcoin.
I don't think Satoshi deserves such kind of treatment for innovating bitcoin at all. I have been saying this thing in every Satoshi related threads that, please let him live the life he deserves! Don't try to find him!
The raid on Craig is not related with the copyright he was given, the Australian tax authorities were behind that after the media outlets came up with the conclusion that he is the person behind Satoshi, no one can claim that unless there is substantial proof and we have none till now.
I respect the privacy Satoshi wanted and i would not want anyone to be a stalker if he wanted a private life, respect privacy.
