I am not giving him immunity, I didn't realise he actually had an outstanding loan taken out at the minute. If someone can reference me the loan (or debt) I'm more than happy to place his name on the list.
I admit I have skimmed over the 20 pages or so because I assumed no-one would give him a loan.

However, if others agree with you then I'm happy to put him on there. At the end of the day this project is by the community, for the community.
I'm not interested in receiving payment for any of my work. I did put up a donation address on request which I would have then sent to charity (transparently through the block chain) but removed it since.

This is a really good idea OP, it looks like your keeping up with the loans quite well as i only got my loan with marco last night and it's already there.
An easier way to keep on top of every loan would be to have a registed list of lenders that update youself with the status of their new and outstanding loans, you could maybe charge 0.003 btc or so for you work.
With only one thread for lenders to check before deciding on a loan it could be a big help on top of all the other checking they do.
