Has anybody use their service and would like to share their experience and was their problem fixed?

Only and Idiot can use his service dude. this is completely an scam attempts and nothing else..
computer repairing online for cheap. just none sense. using a software antivirus to clean computer is the play of any kids nowadays. I don't even consider these things on computer repairing.
anyone hire this newbie and give access him to the computer then do it with your own risk.

Their are plenty of 'idiots' these days. Think about people who are into bitcoin but don't have any hardware/software knowledge (like 80% of all users..)
I think the service itself is good, but the prices charged let's face it, the cost is too much compared what he actually does.

Be careful of these kind of services online.
There are several infamous scams occuring everytime through these kind of services by impersonating under the name of big companies like Microsoft. And Bitcoin is the most easiest way to scam a big time due to its irreversible nature.

Here are some info about the kind of scams that happens all the time: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0346-tech-support-scams

There are several YouTube videos listed about busting those scammers: https://m.youtube.com/results?q=tech%20support%20scammer&sm=1

I would always prefer a local tech guy over these online services which emerges out of nowhere!

Well maybe I would demand the problem fixed, with no reputation you need me to give my happy referral more then I need to take a chance on employing a tech guy I dont know.    He can just record everything he does if he has any worries about things turning sour

He have low prices I think... It depends also on difficulty of problem. But in my opinion 25$ in USA or Europe it is not money at all...  Smiley

In Europ and US this amount may be nothing but in the asian countries like India Etc 24$ is 3 day's salary of a middle class person.. and these problems can easily get fixed by everyone.
using antivirus and cleaning a system I don't think it need to hire someone else to do. everyone can do it himself and if someone don't know much about that then he can easily get help from google..
Anyway this is not the issue. the issue is the newbies trust.. you can be easily got hacked and your data could be steal if you trust anyone blindly on the web.

I didn't see any response or reply from OP to any posts. It makes it more shady for me.

Your prices are minimum in two times higher than service centers in my town take for this kind of work. So for my wallet it's better to ask for their help, but I wish you good luck with your little business in anyway.

can you unlock iphone?  You must unlock it first before i give the payment..if  you dont want ,well i will find somebody else who can do it for me.

You can basically unlock your iPhone from http://www.unlockmyphone.io
And the fun part is, they also accept bitcoins.

You should consider anyone who ask you to use Teamviewer a suspicious person. Here is quick glimpse of what could happen if allow them to access your PC:

Quote from: RandomOnlineDude
A friend has fallen foul of the scam and downloaded Teamviewer and allowed access to his PC and, god forbid, given his Cred Card details.
I have told him to stop his card immediatly and leave his PC switched off. What actions are necessary to ensure the security of his PC?

Shit like this can happen. And worse! Because most of use have bitcoin stored on our machines. Avoid this service like the plague!
I would rather not test it for free, even if Op would give me vouches. You shouldn't too.

Yes, the easiest way to spread Trojan is via Teamviewer.

I wonder if OP will ask you to install TeamViewer or ask you to enable "Remote Desktop" and invite him.
What if he runs Spyware instead of anti-virus?  Roll Eyes

I don't think anybody should purchase services like these from people without reputation like himself.  Tongue

oops...I didn't notice that he actually included Teamviewer...lol Shocked

Actually those prices are pretty good. Its $65 locally to have someone come out and run Disk Clean-up and do scans with A/V and Anti-malware programs. So, $25 is not that bad at all... I don't need those services personally, but the prices are not too bad at all.

Wow where are you from, that actually too high for me.
in my country only need $5-$10 for all that services, except for hardware maintenance

Trust what, he could be useful for some random computer with nothing that important on it.  Or maybe its got various files of personal interest only, I dont see there is much trust to be had in that scenario.

The standard shop responce is to wipe it and start over, put a disk in and it'll reset to factory new.  I suppose he offers more finesse then that, its a good idea at least but I imagine you will need to build up more of reputation first and in USA that might be cheap but many other places they would rather soldier on themselves.

No one is going to trust you, not in the crypto currency world at least. Maybe mom and pa would like this offer but not a crypto dude.
