That's disappointing to hear.  I would have at least wanted to have been given a reason.

Well, so my 2 coins came back, but my pending order for 10 Bitcoins put in on Feb 15, 2013 just disappeared on the day they were going to issue the coins, Feb 21, 2012.

You may be seeing the same thing that happened to me.  Click on Buy/Sell Bitcoin, then click on Transfer History, and see if it's still there.

Thanks! I checked and it says it was cancelled. Though, I can assure you it was not cancelled by me, and the funds are very much in my bank account; not to mention I have done a successful transfer with them before.

At least there is a record of it happening somewhere, but if this were any other situation, I would be very very upset as I sent the order in when Bitcoins were at $26, and they just cancelled it without notice or reason.

"This order has been cancelled. Your bank account will not be charged."

The tracking code is LBROYCZO

Again, no Bitcoins were lost. However, there is a level of mistrust building. I'm not downplaying the site, I think the service they're trying to offer is great and a needed one. I would just be careful right now if your trying to lock in an exchange price with them, as they seem to have outstanding issues.

It's as if I had never placed the order. I still have the cash in in my Bank account.

I really don't care about this particular order, as circumstances have arisen where I need USD right now, but I am concerned for others and future orders.

Hopefully this helps someone.

I'd still mention it to them at least once a day.  I had the zero balance for most of Sunday and about half of Monday, IIRC.

It's still zero... but you guys have reassured me plenty. It's only 2 BTC, thankfully. If it were more, I'd be smothering them like syrup on hotcakes.

And I fuck*ng love syrup.

I had the issue yesterday with my account balance zeroed out, and it appears many other people did as well.  I even took a screenshot that looks a bit like yours. Smiley  It's fixed, now, apparently, for me at least.  If yours is still wrong, I would definitely keep contacting coinbase support.

Thanks for the screenshot.  It helps me see something that's really weird.  You and I both have a pending bitcoin purchase at Coinbase.  But yours shows on your transactions tab, and mine does not.  Mine is only visible if I click on Buy/Sell Bitcoin and then click "Transfers."

I think this must be a bug.

Why would you send ANY coins to a beta website?

I didn't.

could be a technical error, don't panic before you spoke with support at the very least. Smiley hope it gets sorted!
I wouldn't worry about it as I had the same thing happened and everything returned fine.

Thanks for the reassurance guys. I figured it would be OK, just needed to ensure this has happened before to other people... lol

I've seen some reports on it, it seems like they've had some issues with certain accounts and the balances. However the issues have only been superficial, ie. the funds are not missing, they're just not displaying correctly in the users accounts. Which in itself is not good, but it's nothing to flip out over, as it will get sorted out.

Bought 2 Bitcoins which came in on Feb 12. Was holding them for 30 days to increase my buying limit.
No transfers had been made since the 2 BTC purchase. Only another purchase for 10 Bitcoins.

Checked this morning and this is what I saw:

Balance: 0.00 BTC ≈ 0.00 USD

Glitch? It's a little scary... I sent Coinbase an email, just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else.
Businesses usually aren't available for support on Sunday's.
