I think if bitcoin have any changes of the price maybe all will be follow and we can say that bull run is starting, but as of now that all are stable we can't say if bull run start now.
I believed that bull run is good to people who wanted to get more profit but a stable value of any currency this year is all I want to make a better investments in any currency. And I think predicting the value of the currency in the makret this year is not that right.
Its too early said its time for bullish because from what i am see, market cap value keep on $209billion. Better patients with market condition and believe with our own investment. Cryptomarket still at young age and its potential market in the future.

on fourth quarter we will see many good news in market, so that's not wrong if we hope bull run could happen on this period.stable movement will create new demand and make spike on price.

What you have said is a pretty good thing but the sad thing is from the day you posted this up to now, bull run is not clear yet. Bitcoin is still around 6K usd. But I am one of so many people who waits for that bull run before the year 2018 ends. As we can see, up to now market is still not moving up, I'm afraid it will going to happen. I hope I'm wrong.

This did not happen. I have been observing the crypto market at least this year and we never see observe any bull run. I think this is just a mere speculation, and not the real situation. We did not see any bull run since July tell now and I just believe that this year is going to be a bear and also a year that we are going to remember that bitcoin refused to died. This year alone bitcoin has received many attacks and in all it is still existing. Now is the right time to buy and be in profits in future.
difficult for bitcoin price to rise this year, investors psychology already distrubed with massive dump after several months.so market lack of investor now.but if we buy again some bitcoin or altcoin it could be best chance for us.

i think when a surge of several days is a signal for Bull run. but until now there has been no sign to continue, in fact prices are relatively down, hopefully in fourth quarter there will be a real breakout
