He (she) was banned an hour after my post. I wonder why. He was obviously a very confused newbie. LOL!

EDIT:
I found it. Plagiarism (copy paste):

Good riddance! Wink
Well, well. This got me thinking. Surely, he searched that text which he plagiarized. If he can do that, why can't he do his own research first before asking here in this forum about his questions? I think Google has answers to them, right?

Anyway, guess he's indeed confused and think that no one will catch him copy-pasting texts from another website without even paraphrasing and citing the original source.   Roll Eyes Good riddance indeed.

The reason why we are here is to teach and enlighten people to understand cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

But it is true that they should have some idea first so that they are not that ignorant when we try to explain something in a certain thread.

Also don't always rely on someone, try to explore and make yourself independent when you want to learn more. We are just here to give you some tips, guides, and based on experiences knowledge.
You know what, maybe I can understand OP if he suddenly heard the word "crypto" along the streets, became confused, and decided to approach and ask me these questions afterwards. Hmm if that's the scenario then maybe I'll have more enthusiasm to give him a short summary of the whole concept and teach him further if he still looks interested. However, it's not. He able to access this forum but failed to use Google, like wth Grin. So ridiculous.

I love to help with anyone with the best I got but honestly it is tiring sometimes especially when someone seems want to get spoonfed. So for all the confused newbies out there, make a step and you are halfway there.

Every crypto enthusiast who has eventually found him or herself here i consider a lucky or fortunate user. The strict rules of this forum has made the forum in such a way that, unverified jargon can not be published on the boards without being deleted or reported hence, information available are often on point.

Answers you get from this thread is just a tip of the ice berg though they are accurate but in complete. A full detail is put distinctly in the posts across board so, I won't be answering any of those questions directly rather I'll be giving you some insights on how to follow up and answer the questions by yourself.

All you've got to do is to develop a reading and research habit. Never feel a post is too ambigus to read, take your time to read through to understanding because, what doesn't apply in one post might answer the questions in another aspect.

How confused newbies? I don't see any reason. All the answers related to your question has been discussed a lot of times on the forum. You could find it simply by using the forum search button. I will encourage for this good practice, you would get many threads related to your questions. As other users said even Google and YouTube would help you with your native language. Just spend more time on the forum and read more than creating new topics. It will help reduce spam and gain more knowledge about cryptocurrency. You can't learn everything just within a single day. It isn't a poem that you can learn within a single day.

it's a digital currency, what you need is a wallet, in exchange you can have a wallet although as everyone says not your keys not your money, it is where you can use your money for trading.
Also, check if your country doesn't ban cryptocurrency you might go to jail in some countries I think.
if you want to buy using bitcoin you can check these company also where they accept bitcoin
https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/who-accepts-bitcoin/
price is volatile means it can change from time to time, don't transact with people who you don't know, avoid being a scam, don't invest on 100% investment return its a false advertisement good luck.

Do not worry you will going to learn them one by one. Just take your time to learn on it and do not take it fast because learning has its own phase. So, reading a lot here in the forum will do. You can also start a post and sure you will get a good reply from every user that will going to reply in your post. I advise to just patience and every thing you do you should start small like buying crypto of which money you can afford to lose. Transfer small amount of crypto also to test out the system and beware of all scam, phishing site and fraud people.

After all, the world revolves around the OP, isn't it?
Finally, he came to such reasonable questions, hurray, hurray.

Why not just search on Google or some other search engine, like fr these can easily be found on your own :/

How do you transfer them?
All of the answers to your question can be found here. So I think it would be better to just give you some good resources for you to have something to read in case you want to have clarification about a particular concept.

How do you trade them for cash?
It depends on what fiat currency you will be using. Some people prefer using P2P platform for exchanging their cryptocurrencies back to fiat currency and vice versa while other people just prefer using cash app who supports cryptocurrency. This is just a general idea in terms of exchanging currencies since there are lots of ways available unless otherwise your country is not being cryptocurrency friendly.

Here are some examples for P2P Trading Platform

Does their value fluctuate like traditional currencies?
Yes. Cryptocurrency is significantly volatile than that of traditional currencies that is why it imposes a higher risk for people who doesn't know what they are doing and has a poor risk management in terms of trading.

Are  their any risk to owning them?
Is there a fraud risk?
There are lots of risk, however, if you are planning to start getting into crypto then at least knowing how you can safely store your bitcoin or any other coin can greatly minimize the risk involved.

It's been answered already mate. I suggest when you asked questions here, come here when Google can't supply what you need. These are basic questions that can be searched.

Best tip. Use Google and filter those you can't understand and talk here. I know you are newbie but let's not rely on all answer feeds. We can do it ourselves to find out what we need.
I quickly looked at post page and my feeling is this is merit chasing topic. It is soft to answer questions if it is real question. You are correct to guide OP to make search with Google. It is not hard enough to unable get answer from search and learn with Google help. The forum has its Search tool too: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search
