BadBear has been busy IRL as of recently. This has been the case for about a year now.Where has Badbear been anyways not very active at all.
Cyrus has been a very active moderator in the past, and with no notable exceptions, has done a very good job in moderating the forum.
Cyrus has also show himself to be trustworthy and has held himself to a high reputable standard in the past.
As of several weeks ago however, it has been discovered that Cyrus is supporting, trusting and backing someone who actively uses threats of violence (even when unprovoked). I would personally consider this to be condoning violence and the threat of violence. Until and unless this support, trust and backing ceases, it would be my opinion that this would alone serve as a disqualification for being an administrator.

This forum became homeland for scammers and trolls. Looking at such news, it does indeed motivate me to delete all links to this forum and come back only if I need to start some altcoins and scam people.

Cyrus, you did allow bashing and spreading lies in someone's name. Cyrus never replied and cyrus never said sorry even if he clearly supported something that is against law. What I see now is someone becoming Admin who did support obvious crime.
If cyrus would be honest person, he would have explained me why did he support crime or at least take distance from it. He did not, he was silent. Who made him Administrator? Theymoss did take his part also on this where he threatened me.

What are the criteria for someone to become an administrator ? I never knew that moderators could get promoted to administrators
There are no set criteria much like there isn't for becoming a mod in the first place but they're made/promoted when required just like admins and another has been badly needed for quite some time but being very active and trusted to do the job are probably the most important aspects.
