Consensus is about to end still we didn't find any much possibility of increase of prices as we are seeing now still the market is stable price we may need to wait for long time for price pump

The awareness will rise and some projects will stand out, but institutional investors are not like public, they will not rush to buy a coin once they know it.
We have seen a lot of change in the attitude of the people towards the crypto currencies and that now they have started accepting them as a good way of investing of the money along with a digital currency. This thing is creating very much positive impact and that it is also helping the crypto coins to have better market value and this is also an indication of a brighter future of the crypto coins.

Isn't there historically a pullback directly after Consensus, followed by compounding growth over the next couple of months? It looked like BTC was heading for a dip regardless, so alts didn't have much choice but to follow.
Im going to be increasing my position in SONM anyway

Good move, sonm is a great investment as they are going to release the mainnet product soon. Accumulating now will be profitable in the next few months as more people switch from golem to sonm. It's a better product and is way ahead in terms of development

This pullback has been nothing but a blessing in disguise, giving me the opportunity to topup and increase my position on a few more cryptos. Now, if only BCH would pull back a bit more, I'd be more happier

While all bad, but perhaps all this is the usual manipulation and will soon suddenly begin a good growth.

What I noticed during Consensus is that there were a lot of big institutions such as JP Morgan starting to get into Crypto in the near future with JP Morgan for example even creating Crypto positions and simultaneously filling those positions in a short space of time. Would this sudden influx of regulatory involvement not negatively affect Crypto because it would alarm most crypto users who are trying to get away from such institutions and cause a massive sell off of coins causing a ripple effect (pun unintended lol)?

I am to the understanding that it's going to raise steadily with pull-backs bringing all crypto to new highs during the course of 2018. In my opinion, the hodlers win in the end.

The consensus has a effect on the market but that does not affect all the coins, so a move to higher prices due to consensus is less likely, but it is good as lots of people are attracted to crypto.

I guess everything is more slow paced this year. We need to see projects delivering more and it's maybe slowely becoming less of a pure speculation's game.
Lots of institutions are getting into blockchain and money is pouring into it. However, I think it's gonna take a year - at the very least - before we start seeing the impact of these investments. 2019 is shaping up to be an interesting year at this rate

It seems as if it didn't have a massive affect on the market this year. Even though there were tons of people there and it looked like a great event.

We can see already that 2018 Consensus is not the same as 2015-2017. Yes, we have some pumping tokens but general trend did not change. And after conference nothing change. Why? All happens against majority

I don't think this years consensus should be compared with the one that took place last year, bitcoin and other crypto was still a fairly niche market so there wasn't strong global interest. Now it is in mainstream media more so it will reach out to more people. I'd say we can expect a pump shortly after

I am also very disappointed, the mood is spoiled and I do not know what bitcoin needs to grow.

MDA, the conference is held in a very positive spirit with a good prospect, but the cryptocurrency market is rolling down.

Raising public and Institutional investors' awareness thru consensus, hearings, and conferences about crypto is always a good sign for crypto currencies which could help transcend the utilization of crypto currencies in real world. We shouldn't anticipate that there will be a panic buying because these institutional buyers are professionals when it comes to investing. They will do it discreetly and could even try to lower the price so that they can buy it cheap.
