I can understand your frustration, but I guess what I'm saying is BCX having it out for the dev of your coin was likely not caused by him just deciding to pick on the guy. He has reasons, and if he can't prove them then yeah, I do have this all wrong. But as far as I can tell at one point people asked for proof, he provided it and people just continued to shit on him and call him a liar. When you put a lot of effort in to something and people shit on it, you're going to put less effort in to it next time and I think that's where he might be at on this subject.

Part of the fair and open market you're trying to start a business in, is that you are open to criticism and competition stacking the deck in their favor. Do I think this is what BCX is doing? Personally, no. But you have to understand that it is his right in this open market to do that.

People have attacked me online and I generally come out unscathed because if they're upset, bias, irrational or lying, it will show in their posts. If you check out my thread in my sig, some guy tried to derail the thread accusing me of a bunch of self-serving bullshit... I responded to everything he had to say and left him with no argument aside from repeating the same baseless shit. Since that argument people have contacted me regarding working together and investments. Had I freaked out, it would have tarnished my rep and got me nowhere.


I appreciate the apology. I have no interested in fueling anyone's fire and simply want to see this community grow. My actual suggestion to you is to contact BCX again and see what coins he suggests. You have enough skill to create DGCpoker, why not use those skills on another coin that is supported by senior members of this forum for actual reasons? I understand DGC means a lot to you, but maybe it's not the coin of the future and in the end, that's what matters.


I would recommend you hire a PR person. You're heavily invested in to DGC, so you're going to spend time defending it to people not interested in DGC rather than promoting your product to people that are.

If everyone who acted like an ass was banned, this would not be a forum anymore.   It would be down to one man, talking to himself (and I know when I talk to myself too much I sometimes act like an asshole so it is possible that it could be a forum with no members)

Just because I've only started posting here recently doesn't mean I haven't been reading the posts in this site for a looong time. I have been following Cryptocurrencies for a long time so don't automatically side with someone just because they have been on this site "longer" than anyone else. I know alot more than you think. Maybe if you read some of his past history and long list of DDOS threats, unfounded, speculative claims you wouldn't be so quick to take what he says as gospel.

While I do like what DGC and its community are working in for the long term future of it in regards to services and real world useability they are not the only coin I support, PPC and NMC being just two other examples. Lol you are kidding yourself if you are 100% certain that the DGC dev was acting shady, you have no verifiable proof and thus this would not stand up in court one iota. How can we take you seriously when you talk speculative nonsense like that? First have some 100% solid proof before you go supporting unfounded allegations.

You might not have called the site directly a scam but you alluded in your posts that he was engaged in scamming which is once again nonsense and unproven. Guilty of spamming yes, scamming no.

I'm quite confident in the coins I'm investing in and DGC certainly is one that is working hard to be a long term useful and top Cryptocurrency. They just announced the DGC 2 core update and also went live with a very good revamped website. Credit to the dev and the community for continually updating and improving DGC.

You dont get it man, I am trying to run a business online and someone is deliberatly taking food out of my mouth by threatening to DDoS or take my site down, not to mention spreading FUD about a coin I am heavily invested in. I have been trying to build DGC back up ever since the price drop in early feb/march by getting involved in the community and instead of reaping benefits I am getting shit on by someone that has it out for a dev that didnt even do anything to him specificly.

And I have tried to contact/communicate with BCX, I have tried ignoring him, I have tried just moving on with my business and I get followed around to my other threads. I am not a negative person, I am just on the defensive all the time now because INSTEAD of opening a business in a fair market and getting people to come and use my site I have to constantly be defending every god damn word I say all because I gave my opinion in a thread about the currency I like the most. When I started posting I was only giving my opinion then I started getting attacked, personally and professionally.

I would love nothing more than to be able to put all this shit behind me and move on with my poker site www.dgcpoker.net  and I do appoligize for jumping down your throat on this shit, but everytime I get a reply in this thread it seems someone is either calling me a scammer (which I am definatly not, ask anyone at all in the #digitalcoin IRC chat room) or saying I am a moron. When I read what you posted I read it as "your a scammer piece of shit and you deserve what BCX is doing to you" BECAUSE I am constantly on the defensive on this board.

Anyways. I don't want to deal with this shit anymore, it's hard enough to manage my site/build new features for it AND try to do marketing for it as well. I would really like to not deal with forum fights anymore.

You seem like a very negative person. You accused me of not reading your post, while accusing my of saying shit I didn't. I think you need to relax.

First off, I have absolutely no association with BCX. I've lurked BTCtalk for a while, and when I was finally ready to take my coin idea to the next level I decided to sign up and start recruiting interested parties to help develop it. If when I go public with the idea BCX decides to shit on it(I'm very doubtful, my project's use and goal will be unique and the project will be transparent), I'll discuss it with him like an adult.

His DDOS attacks are likely launched against shit coins that are making crypto worse. Just because he believes that, doesn't mean he is right. Just because you believe the coin you're interested in is not a scam, doesn't mean you're right. The reason I'm inclined to side with BCX and the other senior members is for that exact reason. If someone who has been here for 3+ years tells me some advice, I'm going to listen. If some guy with an account that is 3+ months old tells me some advice, I'm probably going to let it go out the other ear. If you don't understand why, maybe that's part of the problem

I didn't call the specific site a scam.. I don't know what site it is. I also do not believe that you could in any way verify whether or not it is, without being involved with the site, in which case your opinion is a little bias. I think the example you're using was spam. I reported a NXT multipool post that was posted in the BC multipool thread and it was removed, hopefully that guy doesn't cry.


I do believe he has stated with 100% certainty that DGC's developers actions were scumbaggy. He has every right to go in to DGC threads and talk about why he believes DGC is a scam. He's given reasons (that's what I've read) and from what I can tell, you just won't accept it. If he was in there saying "THIS IS SCAM INVEST IN _______" then yeah, there could be an issue... but I haven't seen him do that. I've seen him address the problem, and I would imagine he's grown tired of arguing the same points with a bunch of people far less qualified than him.

That's (probably not) my problem to deal with in the future. You speculating about what he might do only solidifies my standpoint that you're pissed he's calling down a coin you're invested in to.

But, if that was the case, I'd probably leave BitcoinTalk and the spots he's harassing me. Again though, this is not an issue I'm concerned about.



Disclaimer: The most interaction I've had with BCX is when I pm'd him to ask if he could recommend a trusted escrow for an IPO.

Maybe you should read my fucking posts before accusing someone of "scamming" people. I run a legit poker site that people love, so dont go talking shit about someone when you don't even take the time to read what they do. Also if you are putting your ideals behind BCX, good luck, you won't get anywhere. I logged into it and checked it out myself. Noone is having money stolen or being ripped off its a valid Poker site that anyone can use to play online Poker. Hardly a "scam" as you call it. I'm seeing double standards here when BCX has engaged in spam himself as proven by multiple posts and threads regarding the "alleged" DGC coin robbery which you would have read about in a previous post here or seen in this forum if you actually opened your eyes instead of going off like a nutter half cocked without all the facts.

You have no right to use this forum and you have no right to demand action from the admins. You come here voluntarily, you have to abide by their rules. BCX is doing this community a service by following around people who are just trying to get money out of other people's pockets.
