Even if you withdraw and the site likes your design cant they use it ?Imo that would be morally incorrect but should be legally fine. After all in most of the cases in such contests(though not mentioned here) , the design you submit becomes the property of the company to which you send it.
We love it.
But since he withdrew, we are not going to use it.
