Secondly: It's a matter of cursive C, which can be used as a mirror image and made into a D , plus the reason I didn't remove the watermark was because I was sure someone will try and find something like that 🤣

Secondly: The software I used have this basic font that we can add as we please , plus none of the vector images were used , there is no plagiarism as I see it, secondly if you want download the software , it's available for free on the app and unfortunately due to unpaid version I could only use very limited color : thus blue. < Using the same unpaid software with limited possibilities is not plagiarism. You can only use the letter "C" from additional big fonts if it's not unlocked .

{Plus I was actually going more for an infinity version , and in the background choose the one that had colors of the earth 🌎 which means the brand is global and signifies infinite possibilities. }

Plus the girl also used the same software, at the same time the only font available of unpaid version and decide to remove the watermark by cropping the image.

Edit: I have created all vector I used myself therefore no licensing issue would be encounter.

This is hard seeing the problems here ,I believe everything will be sorted out really fast , am really sorry for the problems from the side of the participants. Plus, I would like the thank you for even considering my design since this was the first time I thought of designing a logo, I would resubmit my old entry and maybe try making something new in the upcoming day.

This is the old logo that I submitted and hopefully I would make another one till the ending. Plus I believe we all are responsible here and using the OP's generosity and kindness is something awful, thus if someone genuinely took the logo from a site or something, Respectfully submit another since am aware that everyone here is pretty talented and can do much better





The color can be changed and the gradient can be added, it can be made golden/ black the second image was the show how the gradient will look like.

Or we can use some simple geometric things, even they can be very easily modified.

Due to current circumstances, we can not use the logos we decided as winning ones. Trusting that it would be a fair game we announced results after few hours after the submissions were done without checking the originality of work. And what happened is really sad.

So we will be extending the contest for 2 more days.
The contest would end on 7th Oct 2020

And after another 2 days we will declare the results, i.e on 9th Oct 2020.

We will keep on investigating if the logos submitted are original work or not.

However the contest will be limited to current participants including Jayce and Roycilik.

Every participant must submit their logos here and not on PM and if you want to use your previously submitted logos, please post them again because it would be easier to keep track of. If you want to submit new logos (now you have an idea which kind of logos won), still please repost your old submissions.

Aye that's true. Well never meant to plagiarize anything as i did use my own funds to purchase it and would like to apologize if it came out as such. Joined the comp for fun. I have contacted bL4nkcode and will fund the escrow account an additional $30 so OP can bump up the prize for a winner who truly deserves it.

Exactly jayce! If it's okay with OP he might have not post this contest and just grab some royalty free image and download basic editing tool, do few clicks and voila they have a their logo and save some bucks..lol...

logomaker is right. I'm sure you guys don't want to use a stock image for your own project's logo right?

Please, cut all the BS about legally/or not owned vector from stock sites. It's nonsence. You have to be an one dumb mf to use a stock image/vector as a logo. Most of the stocks specifically warn you NOT to use it as a logo. NEVER use stock images as a logo! Illustration - please, logo -  NEVER!!!!

Sorry mate. Should have stuck with the first submission. Well with the license, there's no plagiarism. Reason why they have subscription sites like shutterstock so we can use resources from there legally, wasn't a jpg ripped out of google or from another business. Never had any intent to plagiarise.

You are disappointing me mate. Yours were my fave to win the contest. Don't come up with that excuse. Of course if you have a license you will get the vector file too from the website and you are free to edit it.

Edit: Well it's up to you abhilyall as the project owner. Sorry to see that you are wasting your time because of this issue. You could bring this issue to scam accusation which will lead them to get tagged by dt users.

Based on my understanding, even if you just were a participant, you can get 5 dollars for the effort. You guys did a great job, but with the current issues of this contest, every prizes are on-hold. Hence, all you can do is to wait for the OP and their management for further instructions and announcement. If they re-contest it, I guess it would be fine but they must be strict and the contest must not last for more than two days, as their business requires it. Hence, you don't need to do anything at all.


Do you know that theft in designing can be punishable by the law? It's already obvious that the accused users plagiarized for the contest, giving them days to defend themselves would only make some to crate their own "excuses" and would only be non-sense. All I can suggest to do OP is re-contest or try to look if the other submissions can fit their business.

As per the issue of plagiarism/using licensed premade vectors by the winners, I think its up to OP if he will accept it or not.

I am not just sure if this would make sense, in case OP don't like that their logo came from licensed vector sources - maybe we can give him a day or two to have every submission be checked whether it is original or not and do another deliberation after disqualifying all plagiarized works.

I am really sorry for what I have done. I never thought that getting in google will cause for my account to have red tag. I thought that plagiarism is directly stolen of works. I just innovated the logo. However, I did not notice it that I will be tag of it. I am really sorry for what I have done. I think I am not deserve to claim the reward and I know that there is a possible tag in me. But I am hoping to get a second chance in tagging. Please give me a second chance because I really never thought that it was plagiarized content. I really don`t intent to violate the rule of the forum. I just being dumbed from what I did. I am sorry again.

I would like to congratulate the winners but still, there are some issues with these events, I hope they will fix this as soon as possible.

Also, I want to ask to us who is not a winner, is there any kind of format to submit and make sure my/our content?. I hope we get an answer immediately thank you.

Dam, I never thought there would be this many copy-paste ( tweaks ) of the arts in this contest.

I hope the prices are re-announced and only legit submissions are awarded.

For the record, I have created my logo from strach and all the designs, colours, textures are made by me and editable in depth if required.
