You can search for exchange that can withdraw to usd currency or local currency in your country. Here in the Philippines we have a wallet which called coins.ph and you can cash in and cash out your money. If you get an altcoin sell it first in exchange on where it can be traded then convert it to btc. By there, you can transfer it from the exchange to your wallet.
if you have bitcoins then you sell out that and bring money in which rupees you want.

I support op's answer. Through banks and remittances, it is possible here in our country to convert our bitcoins to physical money or fiat. It's the only method of spending our coins here because I haven't seen stores accepting them especially here in our province.
Most them just trade and mine just to put their coins into circulation and profit from it. Thanks to bitcoins decentralization, these things are possible.

You can search for exchange that can withdraw to usd currency or local currency in your country. In my country where I live now there are many services that can do that, so I can easily withdraw. But I am sure if in a country there are those who can not do that then we can look for it abroad. Another alternative is to exchange it to other popular payment media such as paypal. It will be very easy and we can freely use the money we get.

First, what is your currency ? We may not have the same currency. If I want to convert my bitcoin into my fiat which is Philippine Peso, I first transfer my bitcoin from exchangers like hitbtc or any other wallet into Coins.ph. From there I will just set the amount of money I want to cash out. It is simple and there is no fee converting it.
I try to find or to search some other wallet where I can convert my bitcoin into peso but I can't find any other wallet. Even in coinbase, yes USD is possible but there is no way I can convert into peso.
After converting, I can cash out in Cebuanna Lhuiller, mLhuiller, gcash, atms. I prefer in atm since there is no fee or sometimes have a less fee.

In my case, I already have my coinbase account and i put up all my Bitcoins in this wallet. Coinbase will let you transfer your money into another wallet. You cannot cash it out easily. I transfer my money via coinbase into coins.ph wallet and this Coins.ph will let you cash out you money in Cebuana Lhuiller. Every transaction has charges.
You can also convert your bitcoins into money by selling it or trading into other people.

Check the exchanges in your country which is been used to buy the bitcoins and returns banking fiat payment or other wallet form. Internationally used exchanges are coinbase and localbitcoins.
Whenever I needed money I used to exchange with the localbitcoins site only you will get the payment in a minute of time from the trader who buy btc from you.
There are a lot of crypto currency exchangers worldwide. All you need to do is to check their medium of exchange and modes of payment. They can pay directly into your bank account or any account you give them. Exchanging bitcoin can be done where ever you find yourself anytime you want to.
Well, this a common question for BTC marketer or crypto trader. but no worries.. there are a lot of exchange site where you can exchange into USD or something you want! You can also use ATM card for withdrawing physical money

Just use a local exchange from your country. You trade BTC to your local currency and then transfer it to your bank account. We hope that someday BTC will be the real money and we won't need a shit bank anymore
Bitcoin has still a long way to go before it can happen. Right now, we will just rely on the exchange site available to convert our coins into a fiat money. I hope though it will happen in the near future.

If by campaign you mean signature campaign then that the step where you will get paid in the BTC or tokens depending upon the terms of payment mode. Mostly they pay in the BTC form. So when you will have the payment sent to your preferred wallet then you can just convert your BTC to your local fiat currency via your wallet's exchanger feature. If you are using the private wallet address then you will not have that kid of option. In that case you will have to send the BTC to a wallet which is supports the conversion of BTC to fiat currency. Just sell the BTC over there and then you can cash out the money into your attached bank account. Everything will change according to the country of your residence. Would it be ok to exchange bitcoin for French currency? That's easy. Just sell bitcoin on the exchange where your country is located.
I also find it difficult to convert bitcoin to fiat outside of U.S. There are a lot of processes you have to go through and they take time. The easiest will probably be localbitcoins but i am not sure how trustworthy it is as i have not used it before.
Simply , just crate account on coinbase. Transfer your btc to gdax from coinbase , sell btc to your currency , transfer your currency to your bank account

I think this is the most question appear about converting bitcoin to fiat money.
I have very simple way to do it. Just exchange it in local exchanger and transfer it to local bank then.
there are exchanges to convert crypto currencies to fiat. i am widely using cex. io exchange. its quite good exchange. but now its hard to exchnage money because new exchange rules for visa. coinbase is also good exchange, but the thing is there are restrictions for countries. but personally i recommended cex exchange. they are giving good rates.
