There's plenty of reasons why a newbie posts the ANN!
The most obvious one - it makes sense to make a separate account specifically for the project.
SO don't call anyone a scammer until you have a real prove!

If the guarantee rate is 0.1% and max is 49%, I'm very curious to know what it is most likely to be in real life.  But even if it is abut 10% monthly, it's much higher than traditional investing.
