Corona virus have brought a lot of effect to the society, mainly in China but, for its effects on the price movement of Bitcoin and any other crypto currency, I think, It has no relation. Although, a lot of miners are based in China, I don't see any impact of the event regarding the prices in the market.

I also think that viruses and crypto-market don't have any relations. Where these stories comes from? Who is publishing this informations and with
what purpose it's a secret for all of us.
I agree that a lot of miners comes from China, but mining isn't the only job in China, there other jobs and billion people who work there. It's funny
to make connections between crypto-market and virus and put everything else on a side.

Of course, it is very strange to listen to the statement of many cryptocurrency users that there is something in common between Bitcoin and the coronavirus in China.  But in this situation, we are missing a very important thing, which consists in the fact that, according to expert analysis, almost 70 or 80% of all Bitcoin miners are located in China.  Based on this, one can still assume a certain influence of the situation in the Chinese state on the cryptocurrency market.
Possibly!

I do also think up on this possibility even though most people do forget on what are the roles of miners here on bitcoin community.
We know that majority of miners is located on china and if this epidemic would continue then we will surely saw the effects of it
on the entire market.

What does corona virus have to do with bullish bitcoin ?? any effects
I think there is nothing to do with bullish Bitcoin with the corona virus. Corona virus is a virus that infects the respiratory system, not infecting software or hardware systems. Grin

I don't know why people are comparing Bitcoin with the coronavirus, Bitcoin is a completely different technology, which it is not infected by the virus, but this virus is found in china, which people are predicting whether there is any influence on Bitcoin, I think big no.

Most likely, Bitcoin will wait for growth, due to the pumping of assets from various stock assets from Asian stock exchanges, but this is in the case that the coronavirus does not turn into a global pandemic. Then, on the contrary, bitcoin can drop very much.

How come that it would affect the market value of Bitcoin?

2 reasons:

1) Pandemic risk: how large are the expected (economic) losses?

Quote
The World Bank, for example, generated estimates of global income losses under different influenza pandemic scenarios. It found that a pandemic of the same severity as the 1918 influenza pandemic might reduce global gross domestic product by about 5% and that the disruptive effects of avoiding infection would account for about 60% of that reduction. Another study of the consequences of a range of pandemic severities included an extremely severe scenario that would lead to income losses of over 12% of gross national income worldwide, including losses of over 50% of the gross national incomes of lower-income countries.

2) BTC and global equity markets have been in strong bull markets for the last decade. I don't think this is a coincidence. It has to do with global cycles in investor risk tolerance. Simply put, BTC is a high risk investment asset. In that sense, it's similar to overinflated equities. In times of recession (like a serious pandemic), investors flock away from risky assets and into safe havens, so BTC should decline along with equities.

What does corona virus have to do with bullish bitcoin ?? any effects
Corona virus caused the activities of the Chinese community to be a little stopped and the workers also did not work as usual and more rested, and that I don't think will have much effect on bitcoin even though the effect will still be on a small scale.
How come that it would affect the market value of Bitcoin? The issue with regards to NCoV has risen weeks or month ago, but the market is fine unlike when the tension between Iran and U.S arise wherein it somewhat affected the price of Bitcoin that uprise occured then at the moment that the tension cooled down, the price again fell down. And at this moment wherein the virus is still a hot topic, things are not that different. So maybe, it won't affect such aspect.

What does corona virus have to do with bullish bitcoin ?? any effects
Could you explain why you have this think? Is there any related among bitcoin with any disaster in this world? I think there is no! Bitcoin is a currency or an investment place and corona is an illness so as there won't be anyone who sell their real asset and buy bitcoin. You have to know that bitcoin is not everything that can be used as a reference with all the issue that happened in this world. Seem like you need to learn more about bitcoin and cryptocurrency so as you can have your own perspective against everything that happens in this world.

It has nothing to do, because I only know that the rise in the price of bitcoin occurred even before the corona virus spread and circulated in the news media in every country. If indeed it is related, at least the corona virus has become a serious problem before the rise in the price of bitcoin occurs, that is a simple thought because in reality every bitcoin price goes up and also goes down, there will be many people who associate global problems with the crypto market, because I think it has absolutely nothing to do.

Actually for me it's not even corona virus. I think every time the price crashes or springs up, people immediately put a reason to it... and it's usually so completely silly. I mean the flu virus hits Europe and kills hundreds of people at the same time. Yes guys this is a flu, just mutated. Just cause it's China everyone makes it such a fuss.

It's crazy to see this situation link to the bitcoins price since in the first place there's no picture could relate them up since both have different situation and there's no outage of anything or whatever out there that's why we can still bitcoin pump up eventhough there's a plague happening on China. And instead of thinking these craziness maybe it's good for us to pray for the Chinese welfare since it's Global problem and if they fail we will also fail.

If you listen to information from social networks where Chinese citizens turn to people for help, because there is an acute shortage of various medical devices and personal protective equipment to prevent the spread of the virus and begin a real fight against it.  The government hides a lot of information and tries to inform the public that an antivirus has already been found.  In this regard, cryptocurrency users who need additional cash can withdraw a certain amount of bitcoin for sale, and increasing the offer on the market can reduce the price of bitcoin by several levels.  at least today there is some lull in the cryptocurrency market and I hope that coronavirus will not affect pricing dramatically.

What does corona virus have to do with bullish bitcoin ?? any effects
in my opinion this has nothing to do with bitcoin because it's different, the Corona virus is a contagious disease. while bitcoin is one of the amazing technologies of science so I don't see any connection between bitcoin and the Corona virus.
They are too much different and so corona virus has nothing to do with the current pump of the market price. And i don't think affected people will still think of bitcoin market rather than thinking of their own health how to overcome the current phenomenon. Not just Chinese but even other nationalities are into thinking how to avoid corona virus as much as possible.

I agree. It does not seem to affect significantly, because the corona virus in China, while only in its small area and not yet have far-reaching effects. The rest of the cryptocurrency trade is still running as usual and no major changes have occurred since the issue of the virus was circulating. Maybe this will impact if the scope is wider and global, but I did not expect that to happen. Hopefully our sisters and brothers in China can be patient and survive.

Corona Virus and Bitcoin have no major impact on the crypto market. but maybe there is a negative impact on cryptoqurrency users there, they are disturbed because they can't work as usual and may not be thinking about crypto, I mean they are not focusing on work in this industrial space (only crypto users).
