In our country, we are all home-quarantined. Since sports events are canceled, I guess most sports bettors are staying at home to playing online casinos, betting on e-sports or spending their time with their family since they are locked-up. There is not much to do, so it's best to take this time to spend more time with family watch movies and stuff.

We're doing the same thing here. Since everything is closed and we're quarantined, we're looking for something to do an due to the absence of casinos, we chose to gamble at home as an alternative. It could be a pass time especially when boredom strikes and it's also a good way to bond with the family and friends indoors. It's fun and the capital isn't as big as what we spend in casinos.

Just like Bitcoin to Fiats, esport will never replace sports but it will go side to side with it.
It is true though that compared to sports, esports is still small, from the events being done to the pot prices that are being given to these professional players. In terms of viewership, esports can hold a candle to other sports, you can just look at this article. Still, people are betting their money into it in fact, last year it is said that it already reached $8billion total wagers, in that year. I am not pushing you to bet on esports, I am just saying that in the future, this will be the thing and might even surpass sports in terms of price pots and wages for pro players. In fact, a lot of known people are even investing in it, some even are owning a team including Rick Fox, the Philadelphia 76ers and even Steve Aoki, these are just some of those people, if you will be searching for more people who are starting to invest in esports, you will be quite surprised.
It's a great disaster for sport gambling platform owner since they don't have much to show bettors which team to bet since we all know that many sports are being cancelled. No. I do like esports. I played dota2 a lot when I was younger. I watched the international. (the first 3) I didn't say there isn't anybody who like esports. I said the demand for esports is too tiny compared to "real" sports.

Yeah, I think this is the right time that esports should enter the game and take advantage cause of the current situation while sports betting and traditional casinos are suffering and taking a pause in operating... There are popular online games either PC or mobile but I much prefer playing with my smartphone because I'm comfortable with it and it is handy.

The profits that you can earn from esports are not so much as the favorites win in most of the times and the bookers do not provide a lot of odds for them.

Even with all sports betting cancelled people can go on to online casinos to bet on slot machines, card games and other games. I hope people do not start placing excessive amounts of bets just to start passing the time because there is a real risk of addiction during the periods people are spending more time at home as a result of the coronavirus.
I gamble trivial amounts of money for fun and people play like idiots on online card games. I play blackjack on a few of the Bitcoin casinos providers and I've never seen people play like such morons before. I'm convinced most of them are underage and you don't have this sort of issue on land based providers.

We can just speculate right now, but if they really have the cure already, its there responsibility to share it to other countries, but there was no news about that until now, hopefully, they are not playing a "power game" where they want to be in the Top and want other countries to bow down first, including the US.There are some articles that say China's lab contains different strains of viruses and there are speculations that the virus itself was created in China. Let's hope that once either of any leading countries finds the cure for the virus will not take advantage of it, hence share it with the world. The pandemic had hit each of us in all aspects: economy, business, tourism, gambling, and almost everyone is crippled. Let's hope everything will go back to normal and that we can learn all the lessons we've learned because of the lockdown and pandemic.

After that, we can already continue all of the sports competitions and tournaments for sports gambling, and the market will be alive again.

The medicine is not targeting the virus itself as far as I know. They are mostly targeting the symptoms.
That's still better than having nothing but If there was a solid cure, we wouldn't be having deaths right now. Today nearly a thousand people died in Italy. Does that look like there is an effective medicine to you? Not to me.
