The fact that it is not only Corona Virus which is negatively affecting the market prices, is enough to tell that the situation will not be permanent. In the case of the virus, there are already people who are being able to recover, which clearly shows that there is hope for the virus itself, as well as to the market behavior, if it is the main factor behind the huge dip recently.
As you all may know, Corona is heavily affecting the crypto market, however, do you believe that this is permanent, or will the effects be seen for the next 3, 6, 12 or 18 months?
Actually No one knows this and this is the first time cryoto market is facing crisis like this since its creation so wait if you want to know the answer. But bitcoin was created to survive on conditions like these but people still yet to realize that.
It can also be due to the natural market volatility. I agree, this is not the first time that the market prices fell down in a sudden. There are multiple times that we have seen such thing and behind every market downfall, the market prices are able to recover, although, not all the time, recovery would be higher than the prices before the occurence of downfall, but there is a 'period' for that wherein the prices are soaring high.

Of course, over time, the cryptocurrency market will recover and will continue to grow in the second half of this year. Coronavirus itself does not affect the price of cryptocurrency. People react to its distribution by starting to spend money on the purchase of essential goods and be able to remain isolated for some time. To do this, they exchange cryptocurrency for cash and the price of the cryptocurrency drops. As soon as cryptocurrency is no longer sold, the market will begin to recover.
If the growth you have mentioned is due to the Bitcoin halving, we still have no certainty with that, but I do hope that it would really be the factor that would again boost the economy of cryptoindustry. At times like these, there are really people who are selling their cryptos for the sake of emergency purposes, and priorities in real life scenario due to panic in the situation. But I highly contradict that the moment when people start to not sold their cryptos would trigger a recovery, because demand will determine the price. Not because no one sells, demand will already increase as well as its price.
