I personally dont have much hopes for coin like litecoin in which its existence is already too long to be having some rally out of thin air, but then again this still got some good trading volume for reason, so i guess there is always chance of it having some parabolic movement but honestly don't expect too much.
In 2023, we can't really hope for altcoins, including Litecoin, but we need to remember that halving will always have an impact on prices,
and Litecoin is currently really cheap according to technical analysis, and if we talk about LTC, the answer will go parabolic is yes!.
because after the halving is right in 2024-2025 and most likely the altcoin season will happen again, so why not buy LTC now and hold it for next year?.
I do think that 2024-2025 will be parabolic years without a doubt, but not this summer. Litecoin will benefit from that, will it benefit more or less compared to all other coins around it? I do not really know, I hope that it does better but I am not sure if it will be like that or not. I think it is quite obvious that we should be forgetting about "when" it will do parabolic and instead focus on making more and more investments until it does.

This way we will have a lot more litecoin when the movement starts and we wouldn't be really worried about when it will happen because the longer it takes the more we will be getting. That's how we should approach this situation, otherwise we would be just biting our nail until it goes up, and that's no way of waiting.

it certainly could however I would be very careful in the autumn, there could be a collapse of the btc and potentially all altcoins would be at risk including litecoins
Since everything pegs to the bitcoin and it's possible to happen. There's no doubt once bitcoin dumped and whole of market will be dumped as well. BItcoin was fully dominating the market since a long time ago.

That trend was a common thing once altcoins could not resist from the bitcoin impact to the market.

I am very optimistic that the Litecoin halving will have a positive effect on the market even though it is not as significant as the BTC halving, at least it will trigger other altcoins towards a bullrun, Litecoin will be truly parabolic this year. Every buyer already entry on Litecoin. Hopefully bullrun will begin at this year

Im not so sure in regards of this coin honestly, this coin hasn't been showing the growth quite well within these past few years.
but I think the halving events, i mean the rumour of it might help quite a bit in growing the price of this coin, even though i'm sure it's not gonna be spectacular, because many are preferring newer coins honestly.
be sure that the halving event can bring Litecoin to parabolic this year because the halving event will always bring the price towards a new ath,
it's just that Litecoin also has to breakout from $ 133 because the strongest resistance is there, if the breakout I'm sure new ATH for Litecoin can happen,
let's go support Litecoin by buying and holding this coin.

I still believe its power as it has got a use case for transfers but not too optimistic for the projecting value that speculations is bringing in for it.
Any crypto can be used as transfer gateway. There's no even need to use litecoin anymore. Another coin like tron even stable coins were even offering very cheap and stable value unlike litecoin. it's done for litecoin.
It's different with a few crypto, Litecoin still has a great community and that's why it's still an excellent crypto to be used as a transfer.

It's still having fans due to the bitcoin. Litecoin will not survive without bitcoin.
This is for all crypto, they won't survive if there's no Bitcoin at all. That's why the market is lively and that's all thanks to Bitcoin and stable coins out there. And we do have our choices whether we'll take it from the community or not, if we think that this is no good as an investment that's fine because there are still some that think it is.

Where are litecoin community? I never heard it again since charlie has sold all of its stacks to the market. Not even further development happened with this coin. Litecoin has no intrinsic value other than being a speculation asset.

I don't even know why people still consider this as good investment.  Cheesy

Litecoin is already big, news like halving always pump the price up and this coin has already been proven for the past decade already hit by a couple of bear market but still standing at the 10 positions.

In the other hand the The Motley Fool told us their dev community start to implementing LTC-20 similar to Ethereum if this happen this would be a great news like cardano did in last year

Although maybe in the recent years altcoin has lost so much of its popularities, I think it will still get the share of Bitcoin bull-run if it actually happened in the near future. Litecoin is one of few top 20 coins that is still much dependent to Bitcoin. So, since Bitcoin is also about to have it's halving next year, combined with Litcoin's own halving it should at least has good impact on it's price, though maybe not so significant.

Halving events, which reduce the reward paid to crypto miners for mining new blocks, are generally seen as bullish for the future price of cryptocurrencies due to their impact on the circulating supply. In the past, Litecoin has experienced significant price increases leading up to halving events. I don't think the halving event scheduled for August 3 has anything to do with the rise of litecoin.

Predicting the exact timing and magnitude of halving rallies is challenging, and relying on such short-term events may not be the best strategy for long-term investors. Despite improvements in Litecoin's underlying metrics, such as the number of addresses and daily active transactions, it is unclear whether this is a long-term catalyst or a short-term market anomaly.

my concern is that, is this coin still have that much potential left for it to go parabolic, even though this coin have quite the trading volume, it was mainly because it's among the first coin
moreover this coin heavily dependent on bitcoin in term of its value, nowadays im just pessimistic with these old coins.

The next Litecoin halving event is coming in August, and that has investors excited about this coin's future upside potential.
Seemingly out of nowhere, Litecoin (CRYPTO: LTC) is on the move again. The coin is up 13% over the past seven days after significantly underperforming the market for much of the year. Over that same period, both Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) and Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH) are basically flat.
What are your thoughts on this litecoin resurgence?

maybe the halving is the only reason that lite coin could make some bullruns, but i think litecoin will just follow general trend honestly, it's altcoin after all and i very much doubt that it will stray from general trends even if halving is near, i honestly will think that it's not gonna be massive.
The halving is going to be one of the highlights of the near future and if the halving effect doesn't work I'm afraid we're in for a worse scenario and it could very well be the end of this coin. At the moment, I do not see much interest among investors, both new and old, and there is not much time left, two months and that's it.

Me, if Litecoin will just go parabolic, it will start anytime soon. Or Litecoin will wait for Bitcoin before the parabolic will commence. Because for me, I am looking forward Bitcoin to starting the run and everything will follow.
For me, the parabolic will start this year, especially for Litecoin, we all know Litecoin is always correlated with Bitcoin.

but what is great community when time will come that they will understand the need and demand ?  and also what is this great community ? or maybe some whales that keeps the hold to pretend it has a great community ?
remember in crypto there is always a blind sided things and this is to literally blinding people from reality.
what I do believe is Litecoin days are over and not sure if they will grow more in the future like what they had back in the years when it is still holding rank number 3.

To be fair what coin can survive without bitcoin? Bitcoin is the king of the market and we all know it, if for some reason it were to disappear there is very little doubt in my mind the majority of the coins we have in the market will disappear too, with a very high possibility that each one of them disappeared and this market just ceased to exist, now while litecoin has presented a good growth during the previous two weeks it seems to be to bold to assume it could go parabolic during the next months.

I feel like even if not for transfer, for newer experiments, Litecoin is still quite good. It is managed in an agile sort of way which means that we are talking about a method that will quickly add in new features or make new fixes.

Before BNB or ETH or even BTC does something, it makes sense to first try it at LTC, if it works without issues for a while, it can be tested in other stuff and could be considered better. During the bull run LTC wasn't even in top 20, and now it is getting closer to top 10, why? Because it is solid and while all those overpumped projects start to go down more than the market average during the same period, we end up seeing other stuff get a lot bigger and better. I personally hope it gets a lot better in the end and we can see LTC in top 5 (aside from stable ones).
