Everyone is free to ask question whether newbie or not you are free but your question must be relevant and not anyhow and you can't understand everything just one day or a month but you will have to take your time, there are word(s) you will see in some post and if the meaning is not there you are free to ask after all everyone is learning but in learning we have seniors.
You can combine the knowledge in forums with articles shared on Google to gain deeper insight into Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in general. There is nothing difficult as long as you keep trying to find out the meaning of short words. Every word used here that is difficult to understand can be found on Google, there the problem you are facing can be solved. Trapped in a narrow space just your feelings, You can expand it by finding out everything related that has never been solved so far.
I suggest that you educate yourself first on the basics of crypto, and you can use youtube and google for instance. Trying to use the forum to learn is also good though, however, most of the knowledge you can get here are advantage knowledge, meaning, you need to have a basic knowledge in order to understand the words that we are using here, usually shortcuts.

The word FOMO means Fear Of Missing Out: The feeling when you see a huge green dildo on a chart and you don’t own that coin, so you sell other shit to buy into it freaking out. As crypto trading is still very much driven by emotions rather than valuation, FOMO is a huge factor to consider when swing trading in crypto.
I know it sucks try to understand the forum from reading those suggested topics everyday, I have been going through such stress too but the truth is there is no way apart from that. I will still suggest you read the following threads to have more knowledge of forum terminologies

For sure you will struggle to understand many things here especially if you are just a total newbie on crypto industry so what I can suggest to you is to find a local community that discuss about crypto and investment since for sure engaging with people have same interest with you can make you decide to last long here. Since if you are in solo mode searching some information then maybe there's a chance that you get bored since sometimes you will not understand the suggestion given since you are new in the scene.
But still hard work pays if you are really eager to learn about this so maybe from time to time learn new things by visiting each thread in this forum since for sure you can learn a lot of knowledge base on the interesting discussions made by a lot of people here.

Of course you can ask any problem solution here. There are many knowledgeable users here who can solve your problem. Help & Beginner is designed to solve the problems of beginners. If you spend enough time in bitcoin forum you will definitely improve. But one thing always keep in mind that never try to cheat here. If you try to cheat you can be destroyed at any time 
If you can concentrate on those links they sent to you in this thread, I think it will help you to improve in the community and it will give you some skills that will make you to know what cryptocurrency is all about and how to use it to grow wealth. Reading senior members post in the forum is very good but ensure you get some physical material that related to cryptocurrency so that you can see some things by yourself in a way you can create a good topic or make a good comments that will make users to know that you have study well and they can encourage you in that topic by correcting some things that will improve you more in the forum. I believe you know that Bitcoin is more profitable than altcoins, so ensure you invest plenty money on Bitcoin and invest little money on altcoins because whenever the price of Bitcoin is pumping in the market other altcoins will be pumping too.

The crypto space is vast and versatile and you need to keep learning and relearning. Just like other fields, there are many terms or concepts that you have to learn before you will begin to understand the space. You will keep using Google as much as you want to learn and you can also use the search option of the forum. Newbies can ask questions because this forum is a free one where both old and new members can gain knowledge. But before you ask such a question you should first do research within the forum and if possible outside the forum. This is important because asking very trivial questions might not be proper.

Welcome to the forum. You can definitely make posts about anything you don’t understand, but it’s better to make use of the search engine first, but if you can’t get an answer to your question, then you can decide to create a thread about it, and I am sure lots of people will be available to answer your question here. The section in which you made this post is for beginners. You are free to ask any question, but don’t forget to follow the forum rules and regulations. Some people might end up seeing a question on the internet, and they will decide to copy and paste the same question here. You are already going against the forum rules, and you will be punished for that. So in the process of posting here, always abide by the rules and regulations. 
I see Churchillvv ha already shared some important links for the topics which will help you gain knowledge but to be honest nobody likes to go through it and this section is there for beginners to ask any doubts or questions and you will get appropriate response from the experiences users and I know sometimes people just redirect you to check before asking question hence any queries you have you may first search for it and see if you can find the topic else you can post your questions here.
There is no problem if newbies ask questions that can seem foolish to some members, because they are learning. It is true that most of these questions were answered long time ago, and even multiple times, but search can be difficult for them.
But, some times, we find the same question in two different threads in the same page. In that case a simple search would've been enough, and this is what we don't like. Apart from that, feel free to ask

This is like saying if I am thirsty and by the river, can I drink water to quench my thirst. Yes, you can. No one's stopping you at all. Is this the Bitcoin encyclopedia by Ratimov? The link you provided is not working so there’s no way to check the specific thread but assuming it’s the thread by Ratimov(since he is the one who deleted most of his post) the have an issue on forum member here and probably he wants to delete all of his contributions here as sign of rebelling.
His post is available on ninjastic and anyone can create a copy thread with a reference and acknowledgement to him to avoid plagiarism if there’s really a demand for it.
The board has it's name as beginners and help board for a reason and that reason is to guide people who has some difficult about the forum and cryptocurrency related issues.

This is a common problem here since Bitcoin technicalities is pretty which even high rank member here can’t fully master Bitcoin technical because it’s for developers/coder area.
You should ask frequently here in beginners section but always use the search bar to find related topic before you start your own thread for your question if you can’t find related topic.

Newbies have freedom as other users, they can ask anything but they can do their searching to find answers, before asking.
