As bitcoin becomes more and more mainstream I believe these countries will lift the ban, especially if their economy in said country is collapsing.

Of course they will remove bans, but it requires lots of people to use bitcoin as currency, in these countries and rest of the world. It's important that they would use it as a curency instad of investment as otherwise huge stores wouldn't accept bitcoins and it would be harder for bitcoin to become more popular.

Unfortunately, many counties have banned and will be banning the use of crypto currency.

So far, these countries have banned crypto:
Vietnam
Bolivia
Ecuador
Kyrgyzstan
Bangladesh
Nepal

These countries however do not have a major influence on crypto as they are third world countries and most investors/influences come from the West/China.

Do you guys think as it becomes more of a reality that crypto is the future of currencies, more countries will ban the use due to fear of losing control? Do you think as it becomes the normal form of currency, these countries will lift the ban?

What do you think?

The fact that these countries are forbidden does not affect the price. As Bitcoin is already widespread, they will necessarily accept it. We will see in the future.

I think the reason why they banned the use of cryptocurrencies is that they're only protecting their own national currency and also concerned for money laundering activities.

They might be protecting what they should protect.  They fear that it might affect their economy something like that.
I live in a third world country and yet our government does not ban bitcoin.  It is legal, though I did not heard or see any announcement about legalizing it here in our country.  It is legal because if we will buy bitcoin we can do it on banks and remittance centers.

I think bitcoin is the currency in a new era, the era digital I mean. maybe someday the state that prohibits the bitcoin will remove the ban because it does not want to be left behind with the development of the times

Its unfortunate that some countries ban crypto in their places because they can't control it. Maybe some of this countries are not well - touched in the internet or the new technology but I hope they lift the ban in their country and let people use crypto.

Well as you've said, these countries are third world countries that pretty much aren't ready for blockchain technology and bitcoin yet. Look at japan and australia and all those progressive countries that are keeping an open mind about btc. See the difference there right?

Just because they aren't ready doesn't mean they should full on ban it... most of the countries will give you a hefty fine if caught. SA and Brazil are third world but still allow people to do what they want in regards to crypto

I realize that most of the government's banned Bitcoin are in the third world country. Perhaps they could be banned bitcoins because they did not corrupted it. Most of the third world country goverment are corrupt, and maybe they could have banned the bitcoin because they get nothing from it. So, these countries will not lift the ban unless they can get from it.

Once these countries get on board, after they realise they are missing out monetarily, then the bans will be lifted, it's a logical and naturalistic progression.

I think one day they will inaugurate bitcoin as currency in their country because bitcoin is very profitable. those who do not receive bitcoin will be sorry, judging from the country receiving bitcoin, their country is bound to grow fast.

Not all countries that banned cryptocurrencies are all from third world countries, they all have different reason why they did it but the main reason is cryptocurrencies undermine most monetary policies of governments and they cannot control it however time will come that they will lift the ban when they find a way to regulate it. I still believe that cryptocurrencies are the future of currencies that will replace fiat currency but it will not be Bitcoin as long as core developers does not fix the scaling problem it will still remain as currency for investment.

is there any evidence that the country is indeed a true crypto currencies, since it may be a country still untouched by technology and the internet, so it is only natural that the country has never come into contact with the world of cryptocurrency

Most of the people in these countries are so poor that they can`t afford to buy a computer. How could they buy and adopt cryptocurrencies?I`m sure that they will remove the ban in the future, but nowadays they aren`t that important for the crypto community. The third world countries have to reduce the population growth and educate the youth in reading and writing.

The countries banning crypto currencies are mostly the 3rd countries. They are developing and crypto currencies will make it complicated for their growth. Vietnam think that issues such as tax evasion and etc are hard to avoid hence the decision to ban crypto. I believe the ban will be lifted when the issues are solved.
