All these European countries.....such as Norway, sweden ,Germany and lot more.
The Norwegian government finances education with taxpayers' money so international students along with native students can enjoy a free ride at state universities. But the catch with studying in Norway is that living expenses can be high with NOK 8,900 (approx. 1,200 GBP) needed just for subsistence per month. This will cover room and board, clothing, healthcare, transport and miscellaneous expenses
In Germany,All other federal states just request a small semester contribution of around 50 Euros with no tuition fees charged, for undergraduate.
Europe also traditionally has higher taxes than the US, which allows those countries to offer additional social services.

If you're looking for a free college education I don't think you'll be able to find it. There's no "free" college education anywhere, only state funded one and that's reserved for citizens of the said country. Only thing close to what you're looking for is cheap education and I think you can find that in plenty of countries from say South America and Asia.

Cuba is number one country that provide free education .you dont pay anything for skool and university.

Really? In Cuba are you free to choose the program you are going to take? or will they choose for you? Are this just some kind of a scholarship or are they just opening it for free? I am interested.

I think education depends on each person individually. It doesn't matter how good the education is if the person doesn't want to learn something.

Eastern European countries provide free or almost free education and in many respects it's pretty good. Many people from Africa or the middle east graduate there especially in medicine and then(sometimes) return back home to become successful doctors. Local specialists are accepted and paid well in the west which creates a deficiency of medical professionals in their country. Also since it's pretty expensive to become a college student in the west, it's not that rare to see people from as far away as USA studying in Eastern Europe.

One of the best topic of its kind. This will surely help the students in getting admission in top universities of the world but for that they have to complete their assignments on time. To complete their assignments on time they should look for British Assignment Writing as they are very much professional in writing assignments and dissertations.

Best and Free don't go along. If you want the best education, you need to invest and shell out some money unless the best school around are willing to invest in you and they will take you in as a scholar then free is good but you have to pay the price after they take you in the program because most of them will not let you go unless you work for them for quite some time. Its a give and take relationship.

Oh god, please stop. Instead of schools promoting socialism or socialistic policies by offering free education, which increases taxes and eventually bankrupts your country (IMO), they should teach you about capitalism and use true capitalism. If true capitalism was used, student debts would not be so high and the cost of education would not be so high, it would be way lower and more achievable for people.  I hate slavery.
