It’s a good thing that you are interested to have a skill certificate. I think you can check out IBM. There are very well known all over the world and also providing such courses. So you can give a try.

Exactly I also have the same thought. It will be great to have an authorized certificate. I didn’t dig much on this matter but soon I will try to find an organization which will provide the certificate.

I myself actually have been looking for one. I heard of many universities who are thinking of offering one and it would be great if they offered one online.

IBM one i just completed ,its just 2 courses, not bad for being free
anyone else know of any other free courses that offer a cert?

Well I must be blind because today is the second day I surf the IBM's site to find any information about the cert but I find nothing.
If it's just 2 courses I guess it's just covering the basics about the blockchain technology, right?
Could you post the link to look at here, or even messaging me it, thanks :/

I do not care about this. I pay attention to the course to get more knowledge for myself. I really do not care to be certified. Because I learn to make money for myself.

Accredited courses on cryptocurrency are hard to find because of the fact that many countries are still not allowing it. But, IBM's one seems legit and comes with a lucrative syllabus which covers every bit you need to know on this topic.

Not much oppurtunities as of yet, since people are still grasping the idea of crypto currency and a lot of countries as of yet are not accustomed to it.

It would be good if the members or any people who are interested to work in this field, get themselves enrolled in these courses. Not only will it enrich their knowledge, but it will make them more resourceful in the forums.

There are a few colleges that offer cryptocurrencies related courses, that give out degrees if that's what you're asking. Most of them are US based and a couple of them here and there. The online courses only focus on teaching and not on giving out a valid certification, like you said. If you missed college to take these courses, then you need to figure out how to get back on track, because living in the without a real degree is everybody's worst nightmare.

Since Cryptocurrencies haven't still mixed with the mainstream, it's still really hard to find such courses. Besides Ademy, Udemy don't actually include much. You could try IBM courses, they seem to be quite legit.

That would be really great if one could get such official certificate, but this sort of facility is rare as crypto is banned in many countries. As much as I know IBM is giving some certificate for blockchain courses. I wish someone had come up with crypto courses too!

Yes an early offical certificate in blockchain and crypto is a good thing to have but as you and most of the other people know there aren't many places that offer such a thing. However, I think places like IBM will increase as more and m ore countries will start accepting crypto.
