this is just speculation, in my country everyone is forced to work at home and even to order food must order online with digital currency payments, so we have more time at home, so I feel everything is made easier and maybe with eyes digital money will help prevent the spread of the virus from the paper currency that we use to make transactions, the opportunity for bitcoin and others to become alternative payments in the future

Now that the corona prohibits companies to facilitate inside their respective offices, allowing the workers to work from home.

Like what you have said, people deal now using digital ways of transactions, paying orders online using digital money,
what is good to this market,
people also learning this crypto currency and begin to use it online.
Positive impacts that will bring more newcomers to this market and
new end users aside from traders and investors.

I do agree transaction today is made via online as this is part of new normal but the online scamming is so rampant which creates a huge upset to the people and might as well with the government. If we can see bitcoin has been used in good ways for sure we can see new comers coming up staking with us but this thing will be hard for now since some of the people are skeptical with new things especially if we talk about money.

I think not, personally i have used many platforms but the one i liked the most was the MintMe platform. On this platform i have been able to make some donations to some foundations, but this is not the only thing that the platform has, you can also start a entrepreneurship and monetize it. Who has ever made a donation through a platform?

One of the key SOP for COVID19 is contact less transaction and deliveries. Most vendors are now upselling this service and most consumers are going for it.  In my opinion digital currency will now become an everyday necessity.

But the problem with digital currency is that it can be easily tracked hence, you can forget your privacy.

Well, you don't just forget your privacy because it's digital currency...you can implement strong privacy features and make tracking innocent users difficult. It should also be possible to use digital currency (like crypto) as you would normally use physical currency

As far as I can see, most are now starting to adopt to various technology, starting from education system, financial, and transportation. Now that we are still striving to get our financial stability back, our children also needs to do their task which is to study hard. Parents are now becoming open to buy computers, tablets and other devices to access the internet and what's good with this is that, they are becoming aware of the technology and its application. E-commerce is now getting bigger as we adopt to change. Perhaps, instead of cash, we are slowly transitioning to cashless and digital transactions. We as bitcoin enthusiast have a great role to introduce new payment system to make transaction easier. Especially to our parents who often wash and sanitize their cash to make sure it's safe and virus free.

As we all know that this pandemic is temporary and will probably end soon.

There are people who already engaged in the use of cryptocurrency or they invest their money in crypto to secure their future and fight inflation. Also, people don't want to make physical payment and this digital currencies are really helpful and less hassle to utilize in many transactions.

This pandemic really changed a lot of things including the mentality of people towards the virus, towards the government and towards the reality of life. This crisis really

The corona pandemic has just accelerated what was an evolving payment shift. Online shopping as well as online payments were bubbling but frost with security issues. With Covid19 safety protocols tilting toward reduced contact, it is no brainer that adoption of online payments will be the option henceforth.

Does Coronavirus pandemic will permanently change consumer behaviour towards digital currency?  Huh

I assume this question depends on government to answer. If government in their policy do not make digital currency, cryptocurrency a legal means of transacting financially, then the customers have no choice than continuing to fully use fiat but if the government allows cryptocurrency to operate freely, it means customers behaviour can change.

There will be definite changes by everyone after the pandemic, to see a complete change in how people use currency in which form is a difficult question to answer but there will be major changes in how we consume things, like how much money and time we will be spending for entertainment or we will watch everything at the comfort of our house and how we conduct our jobs, rather than travelling daily to office the pandemic has shown that we can sit at home and still do out job and that is the case with education. So there will be major changes in the future but we cannot pin point that to one particular aspect.

It is true that Covid19 has pushed us to make our activities more digital. But we must take advantage of this fact of making technology more inclusive. Now humanity needs to adapt to the new financial, educational and all kinds of systems because they need to find solutions in digital technology.  In this reality, Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have their best moment.

As the covid crisis is evolving step-by-step, started as a health crisis it is bending towards economic crisis which is showing an elevation from physical to digital.
Does Coronavirus pandemic will permanently change consumer behaviour towards digital currency?  Huh

No doubt, there will be a massive shift towards the use of digital currency for transactions because this pandemic has lurk around for quite so long but make no mistake, physical cash will never dies off. We all expected people should start using bitcoin fpr day-to-day transactions due to the pandemic but reverse was the case as there wasn't any feesible increase to the adoption of bitcoin because people have learned to use mobile bank apps and debit cards for transactions

You are right. Covid-19 really opens the door of digital world and more so on digital currencies. But I believe that cryptocurrencies won't replace our traditional ways of financial management or the fiat itself. Aside from this high technology-driven world now, there's still a lot of places around the globe that is so uncivilized and have no signal, internet connection nor smart gadgets and they have no knowledge about this IT thing here. So, for me, digital currencies is for the cities only, and it can't be used by everyone, even during this pandemic.
What I find interesting is how hard cash (paper bills/coins) has greatly diminished in use at least in the USA.  'Contactless' transactions is the preference now so it should benefit crypto currencies in the end.  For routine purchases I still favor the credit card for the mile$, but if I was a cash or debit card user, bitcoin on a digital wallet might have a value proposition if adopted/supported by vendors.  Hopefully sooner than later.

In my opinion, Coronavirus has given people a new perspective about digital technologies and available digital payment products like cryptocurrencies. At the moment, most banks and organizations have been to close down. It's worth noting that a lot of people have gotten to know about crypto in the past couple of months and it's quickly becoming the most preferred option for making online payments. However, it's unclear whether or not people will stick to using crypto when everything goes back to normal.

We can see that digital transaction is growing and that this pandemic allows people to adopt this method of payment because they find it safer than using the traditional method. We are not sure until when this pandemic will last, but even when it's gone, people already saw the convenience of digital payment and they might continue adopting it. However, when we say digital payment, it does not necessarily mean Bitcoin or cryptocurrency since it's quite complicated for others and is not accessible for everyone. Also, the government has to say about this, whether it is accepted or not.

I think the corona virus is going to change many things permanently, some for the better and some for the worse.  I do think a big part of gold and bitcoins rise is the fear of a global depression and these assets will be used as "safe havens".  I think this will teach people that it's important to have those safe havens which will lead to long term upside for bitcoin and other crypto coins.

Right now we are avoiding having an interaction with other people and even we are trying to escape this still there is a contact with this and how it is? Money.

Money is one of the dirtiest things of all time because it came from the hand of different people and sometimes we didn't disinfect this thing and right now we want to secure our selves to not getting attached to this virus and what is the effective thing we could do? Digital currency.

Today we are using more on online transactions we don't want to get outside because the virus right now is airborne and also with the help of the online transaction more convenient and less hassle but how about the cryptocurrency right now there are some of the people and business accept this kind of payment so think sooner or later they will adopt this kind of changes.

Because of comfort of having digital transaction many of the users will tend to use it as an advantage and comfort on their part. This is why I cast my vote on that digital currencies may become the best option in transaction. However, I doubt about bitcoin. It seems hard to use this technology due to market value volatility and transaction cost per conversion of bitcoin to fiat. As we all know most establishment accept.btc as payment but it is automaticaaly converted to fiat once thet receive it using a system that could cater this process.

To be honest, this has shown that the world needs to take a different stance towards physical currency, I think that many governments should start educating people to start using electronic currencies and forms of electronic payments in the future. I don't know if bitcoin would be a good alternative to be used as a means of payment because of volatility, but there are many altcoins that can be very useful in this part of electronic payments.
