So we did reached new ATH after the correction that happened before we are getting through $11,000 did resulted to a nice pump. This is what will happen when we are experiencing some corrections and to be honest, there will be more to come to it. I still believe that there will be too many people that are scared about these corrections because they don't know that it is making bitcoin healthier and pushing investors to buy more.

in my opinion, it is correction although the price drops too far but it still correction the price. after the higher price is reached, the price will be down and we can see so far, the price is always up and then down for a while and then will increase again. so I think we don't have to worry if the price is down and that is our opportunity to buy more bitcoin at a lower price. it is better if we are still holding until another higher price so if we are selling our bitcoin, we can make a huge profit.

The price of an asset cannot keep increasing and it cannot keep decreasing and assets need momentum to keep facing a particular directions. Corrections are always refer to as a clash in crypto currencies as most traders do not know trading terms. Currently, Bitcoin is above  $12,500 as at today which signified that what happened last week was just a correction.

The situation that happened on the market of crypto on November, 30 this year was neither a correction nor a crash. It was a trick or trap of Large investors who wanted to gain their profit buy pushing the others selling their coins. Additionally the exchanges were overloaded.

I couldnt agree more about that, the things that are happening in the market are being manipulated by larger bitcoin user. they always do this to gain large amount of profit over an suspecting small user of bitcoin who trade in the market.

it should be correction,
for me it's far from crash because right now Bitcoin got a lot of attention from people,
so it's impossible to see it crash and burst.
if we're looking at our movement lately we should understand that we're moving like crazy from $700 to this point,
which mean we're moving 10x from our average price which is around $700,
but i doubt it that we will see it around that much at least we will see it around $6000~$7000.
because if we're seeing it around that price, many people will suffer and i believe Bitcoin will be crash.
i believe they(whales) do not to see it and more likely they will try to tank it or stabilize it around $6000~$7000,
afterward altcoin party begin.
Yes youre right i think someones behind this manipulation well its just my opinion. Although i think your negativity is not that big of a deal though cause it would be difficult to stabilize from $6000 only it is getting more popular lately you can even see it from youtube ads see the difference about the connectivity until now we have the internet we have the power to influence people or persuade them. So it cant be easy to do that.

Right term would be correction, if there will be a crash then bitcoin's price will be pulled down to the lowest as $1,000. But it didn't happened right? And these price drops are just considered as correction. Comparing huge correction to a crash isn't the same, I would prefer that huge corrections are just normal while crash aren't normal and it can threat the whole market and make weak handlers to sell.
Seeing the prices right now I say that Bitcoin just recovered from a correction, Right now Bitcoin is worth 11,332$ per BTC which means its on its way to a new high right now. Also if you are an old member of this forum these price movements must not be new to you as it is actually Bitcoin's habit on having a new high. Every time their is a price correction it will recover and will surely aim to break a new price point. But just to make sure you must always monitor both the news and it's price charts.
It did recovered from a correction and what's good about it is bitcoin does have enough fuel now to make some quick movement. $11,000 is a good price and that will be a good floor price while the next support will be at $12,000 and it can possibly be seen on the end of this year.

And to all of those people that are keep on assuming that bitcoin has crashed, this year bitcoin has been great witnessing that it all started out at $800 and now $11,000. Yes that a crash!

Is this crash or small/huge correction?

There are standard definitions.

A correction is when the market or valuation of an asset falls 10% or more.

a crash is when the market or valuation of an asset falls 40% or more.

What we've experienced multiple times this year have been corrections, not crashes. The last Bitcoin crash I'm aware of was in 2014...but I'm not looking at all the data right now either.

No crashes, how? In the begginning of september, bitcoin price was $4500 and then it went down to $2600 within 15 days. I think you don't remember this, this was a crash.

yeah i also remember that time. bitcoin actually does go on a crash that time. im really worried  thinking that bitcoin wont recover anymore because that last for a long days ( about 3 weeks ) yet i am stilling cashing out even if i know that it was a bad descision to do but i have no choice. ill have to loose even more if i dont dispose my coins as early as possible. but now bitcoin arent having a huge crashes anymore rather than a small correction that happens oftenly from time to time.

According to trading terms it cannot be termed as crash for sure. It was probably a correction. It took a dip slightly and its back on track. A correction which was necessary.

I also see the correction earlier, and I said to myself that this is what we are all we've been waiting for. So that we can buy in this kind of dips. However, as quickly as bitcoin retracted it soon was on track again. I have a feeling that a lot of people are really watching bitcoin coin that a slight disturbance on the price will immediately resulted on a buying point.

I guess it's really different now when we hit $10K, all eyes are watching, and with the positive sentiments still up in the air people are really interested getting into the market as soon as they can. So hold off all predictions on a crash. What we see is just a correction which was necessary but we are above $11,3xx once again folks. The demand is really high that I don't see a crash happening in the coming days.

To my opinion there is no any crash on the way. Bitcoin price can't just rise forever, that is true,  but I expect only some smaller corrections maybe even by the end of the year. People actually don't know the true meanng of the word crash so they use it too often and in wrong context when it comes to bitcoin price and the only result of that is spreading panic. So, don't panic bitcoin will not crash but the price will be corrected.
I agree with you mate because whatever we said is what will build confidence in new investor and we bitcoiner need to becareful about spread panic comment. However, very successful business must accept debt in other to make some correction.

That should be a correction and not a crash, cause bitcoin is getting higher than an immediate crash dew to the heavy numbers of bitcoin investors in the system. That correction has given bitcoin a new set and it is finding it's way ahead.

What happened is just a healthy correction which didn't kill bitcoin, what will happen is that it'll just make bitcoin stronger than ever. There are so many investors now in bitcoin which will not allow their investments down the drain. Even if the bitcoin's price go down, there are so many who are waiting to buy the fucking dip and go "ALL IN!".

Definitely it was not a crash. The price dropped from 11000$ to 9800$ because the people who were holding their bitcoin's from quite a long time sold there BTC's in order to get maximum out of this rise which caused the price to drop.Within a day or two it was again rised to 11000$ and it is still above this mark.I don't think there will be any crash because the demand is actually increasing .A correction can be there which will bring down the price to a reasonable value.

many @op say crash when price back 20% others say 30% and other say 40%   which value is real ?
crash is when bitcoin back with more than 30% and cant rise again or stable at the bottom.
bitcoin price is correction because it back again and rises fast when fall
invest in bitcoin and safe you time and money.

It is a correction. Also many people are panic selling because of FUD.Whales as usual are taking their profits.I personally think price is falling because of correction as bitcoin price rise too much in short period of time.Once the correction is over we will see a stable incease in bitcoin price Wink
Whatever it is dude it already has given people so much because those who sold yesterdays are now happy a lot and those who are expecting more tomorrow they are now saying that it is a correction but the true thing Is that was right price and those who sold at that were the smart person nothing can happen now wait more to see the price gradually increases and don’t repeat this next time and learn this lesson,

Bitcoin prices will normally increase and decrease. this is a natural thing in the digital currency world, we've all seen tremendous events before. The price increase of hundreds of percent and the drastic price reduction became the hallmark of digital currency, especially Bitcoin.
