Ahead of our Crash Gambling Tournament (
https://crashgambler.io/tournement), which, by the way, is all about who can catch the highest multiplier and not who's got the thickest wallet. I wanted to share with you how to test crash strategies before we kick off the tournament on 13.12.2023!
How to REALLY test Crash Gambling Strategies: Full Guide!
Since I've started playing Crash games (back in 2016) and up until now, I've tried just about any crash gambling strategy you can find either on Reddit or other forums/websites.
TLDR: You have to test strategies for prolonged periods of time at different times/game hashes to get reliable results.
And one thing that all strategy testing articles should be accompanied with this disclaimer:JUST BECAUSE A STRATEGY WORKED IN THE PAST, IT DOESN'T MEAN IT WILL WORK IN THE FUTURE. I write a disclaimer like that in all my strategy-related posts on Crashgambler.io, but today I want to show you how you can test crash strategies with higher reliability. So, if. you want to test a strategy, know that 1000, 3000 or even 5000 rounds of testing is not enough to provide reliable results.
What you should do is test for at least 1000 rounds in numerous intervals/random hash values.Let me explain.
I recently talked about the BC.Game history analysis tool and how it can help you optimize your betting strategy or pick your entries to the game if you're chasing high multipliers. And while that is all true, it's important to know that basing your strategy on a 2000 round period simply is not enough.
What you have to do is collect data of 10-20, 2000 round intervals to get some sense of averages (let's say to get an idea of how long the longest combo of 2X multiplier not showing up is). Doing this manually in crash games is impossible, which is why crash games do not allow you to export the game history.
**But where you can do that is on Bustbit Backtesting.**What you can do there is test your strategy for a specific number of rounds, let's say 3000, and then repeat that process at a different random hash value each time. At the end of each cycle, take notes of your results, and after 20+ cycles, you can see if your strategy is viable or a complete bust.
Bustabit's backtesting tool allows you to increase the speed of the testing process by 10-fold, if not more.
Would you add anything to that? And before anyone says it, I know there are no 100% profitable strategies in luck-based casino games
