No one going to believe you and there is no proof that you are the new owner, you might be the same person. And you thought many people forgot it, but they just remember all things here. Just because you have changed the password then we should trust you that you are new owner of this account? Nope, we are not that dumd to trust you as you have very bad reputation before. How they way you talk is still the same as before, so why should trust you?
In case you use moneypot, it does not mean that you cant scam people. Afaik, once a player deposit into an app then the owner of the app have a full control of the balance.

Frankly it doesn't matter. Unfortunately, it may be very hard for you to clear the name of your service.
Loot at it from the users perspective, your site might be ok but you are still not offering anything special.
It's Dice with standard 1% house edge, would you play your game instead of PrimeDice or other well established Dice sites?

Yeah right. Why would a new person buy an domain that is unrelated to bitcoin gambling/dice, and a horribly red trusted account just to run an untitled dice script? You never even removed the faucet from the script, which doesn't work.

Untitled Dice is provably fair, for the most part. If you bet a predictable pattern (ie always going 2x on Hi), Moneypot can theoretically make you lose since there is no way to change the client seed (always is 0)
