Domain itself costs 10 USD or more. If all you need is a adsense account only then better purchase that and maybe you can do that via digital goods section.
So you paying for all article and website creation for $15? come on. You need lots of UNIQUE article maybe around 30 before adsense can accept a blog.
Hello i want some one who can create a website or a blog for me by which i can get adsense approval.My main objective is to get only adsense approval for now.So i will pay only if my account get adsense approved by that site or blog.I can pay 50$ for that if my account gets approved.
