Lots of coin coming up this days, turning into an abuse for the main purpose why ICO is been develop, I prefer to invest in ICO with trusted team members and a proven track record, also observing what the project is out to deliver to the world at large. I spread my investment stake into several ICO and hope for the best.

I wouldn't worry about creating a new coin. Even if I had all coders at my will even if I had all the funds and had the best marketing people in the whole world, I wouldn't really go for creating a new coin. Couple reasons, one it is a high responsibility, too many people are depending on you doing a great job with the coin so they can make money.

There are traders out there of course but I have seen people putting real amounts for ICO's so they could make a killing with it, people lost really important amounts as well, they shouldn't put those things into ICO's but people are not smart with their money. I do not want to be trusted with the money they barely got and expect me to create a coin that would turn them rich and not poor, that is too black or white for my taste.

Plus, if I have all those people I would rather start a gaming company, games are expected to be fun and that is it, less worry unless you are some bad gaming company like 2k who doesn't care about their people, that must be stressful.

I'm not into creating coins. It has more responsibility instead of just creating for the heck of it. You will lose if you just created shitcoins with no value whatsoever.

As for investing, if more than half of your investment is in jeopardy then make the necessary adjustments and offload useless coins and go try to invest on the next hype coin, get out before the hype die, rinse and repeat.

From even what the guy posted, it is obvious that the main reason why he is looking at creating coin is because of the benefit when it comes to profitability. It is of course not a bad idea to think of that, but what should be important is to be able to come up with a product that would be speaking for itself without even having to say much to investors even though you still have to do that anyway and that is the only time he won't end up wasting his time trying to do something huge. Investing on the other hand is actually for every smart individual who is looking to key into someone else's idea while believing in its long term.

Where creating new coins are risky and to much hard since its required a lots of thing i've already made some coins but i never get success.

If you want to create a coin, you should think of the purpose of the coin as to how it can help in building the community or you will just be one of those ICOs that would like to raise money and then afterwards be gone after sometime because the project didn't become successful and then run away with thee investors money. It seems that your aim to create a new coin is just to raise money because you compared it with investing in ICOs.

making Crypto coins or investing in a second ICO is risky and requires certain knowledge to avoid failure,

investment in ICO I see a lot of scam projects without clear goals, harming investors and worsening the good name of Cryptocurrency

investment in making coins is also not easy, there is a lot to be prepared, I think it requires a lot of capital and an experienced team, of course with the knowledge to be able to create a blockchain network itself.

Just having experience, good financial support, technical skills won't help unless you have a good plan for your project. A project that will benefit the society and will be of good use thus will attract investors automatically. Many people have knowledge and capability to create cryptocurrency based on the blockchain, but they lack a proper plan. Many ICOs nowadays are failing to achieve even soft cap, because there project is of no use for the general people or the idea is not unique and they already have a competitor in the market, who is doing great. If you don't have a unique idea/plan then better invest in ICOs wisely.

Creating is not very realistic unless you have the resources. You need technical skills and huge amount of money just building your team. It is a dream for the likes of us that do not have access to those kind of materials. That is why me and my friends just invest on some projects that we believe in.

I prefer to make new coins when compared to joining a new ICO, because I see that new coins are safer and more profitable when compared to joining other people's ICOs. safer because we alone control the circulation of coins and are more profitable because funds will be collected faster during the ICO

To be honest creating more and more ICO's itself is unhealthy for the crypto currency space. I mean it is just waste of the space really and making the investment very very dilute. When the ICO's started coming out for the first time then it was like huge boom, people used to look at the new coins as a chance of investing in newly formed bitcoin and were looking forward to get big returns from it. However, now a days its literally takes months to fulfil even the pre-sale and soft cap of an ICO sales. Thats bad, because people cant put money everywhere at the same time. Its disturbing the demand and supply maths and thus aint good really.

If we talk about risk then i won't chose ICO. I Just have a bad experience with ICO investment and all i gain lose and nothing. Its hard to recognize ICO all are well planned we can't even tell which one is real and which one is real.

I think if you have good knowledge and experience in creating a coin it is better to create your own coin than investing into another project. Most project you see today are scams and I will said you should focus on your own if you know it is genuine.

Making money from newly created coins is your intention then don't do it because already we have lot of project with these kinds and failed to even reach the cap values so if you want to make profits just do invest on the ICOs or already existing coins don't make fun with new technology for money making.

I think you should chose investing with exist crypto currencies like bitcoin, ETH, or bitcoin cash. Because investing with crypto can be easy you have to buy some coins and hold them for long term period.

I think there's some misconception about the mindset, creating coin supposed to be helping users transaction become more efficient not just focus on the profit, if you don't have any great feature then just invest, creating coins is easy but to make the coin successful is very difficult

Which ever way you wish to improve or contribute to the ecosystem and the cryptocurrency world at large, and still stand the chance of making great profits so which either method you chose from creating a new coin or investing in an ongoing icos, but always make sure that the coin should have potential and being able to address a problem in the cryptocurrency world.

Creating a new coin require spending a lot of money and time, effort, in addition with a good knowledge of course. Then you should spend another big budget for promotion and advertising. And it is always not guaranteed that it will succeed.
I think investing in the most promising ICO projects is a lot safest and even more profitable.

Before thinking about the profit first of all you should know the risk too that creating new coin is not so simple even there is no guarantee if you do this then you will be successfully but the competition between altcoin currently is very tight and if eventually the coin have you made is lack of interest then you will be failure and even so with investing at ICO that as far as i know more than 90% are scam and if you are not able how to pick good ICO then the risk are equal to created new coins
