Chip-Chap adds Creativecoin to its electronic money conversion platform!

Chip-Chap, works as a simple online wallet that makes possible to convert payment methods between them quickly, comfortably and safely. Creativechain platform launches first testnet phase

After a few intense months of work the Creativechain.org team is pleased to announce the start of the first beta test phase.

The digital art P2P distribution platform based on the blockchain, has opened the first testing phase, where users of the community will be able to test the system to detect errors and make improvements.

Creativechain as a social network proposes a total decentralization solution where artists can distribute their creative portfolios without censorship and without intermediaries.

The platform has been designed to meet the needs of creative communities by bringing the benefits and advantages of the blockchain to the art and digital culture sector. Now artists will have an innovative platform where they can indelibly register their creations and their distribution licenses in a social network with a simple and intuitive interface.

During this phase, that will last a few weeks, users who have voluntarily registered to access the first version, will be able to test all the functionalities before the official launch of the platform in the main network. In addition, they will have access to assess their user experience and report bugs through the participation form.

Users who participate in the testing of the platform, will have at their disposal a quantity of CREA (testnet) that will allow them to perform any interaction that requires a commission to the blockchain network.

With this process, the Creativechain team can get feedback from their community and be able to finish small corrections or improvements that may appear before the next and upcoming official launch of the platform that is planned for the end of January 2018.

SegWit activated in Creativechain Core
 
We announce that in the last update Creativechain Core has captured the
SegWit in its orbit and it has been activated and prepared for future updates.                                                                                    
This implementation offers several interesting adjustments to improve the network and its security. The size of the block will no longer be measured in bytes, but in units. It will make the transactions and their signature to occupy less, allowing to have more space in each block. SegWit hinders the malleability of transactions, as well as the possibility of double spending.                                                                      
The SegWit addresses will start with "F" in honor of Fibonacci whose sequence has been used repeatedly in several developments of the project.   With this update, the CREA Core has been prepared to accept new updates to accept the Lightning Network or the Atomic Swaps.
