What has happened to Digiwage (WAGE) on Crex24? Suddenly it is showing no buy or sell orders. This can't be right.
We are working on a dust burn mechanism.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel many open orders.
Of course, all funds were credited back to the balance.

Please, take our apologies. It was a necessary measure.

Any chance to use Rest Api for trading?
API: https://docs.crex24.com/trade-api/v2/.
It's not REST exactly, but more an RPC-style HTTP API. Anyway, hopefully it'll fit your needs.

This exchange platform is a wack platform with huge withdrawal fees and their security system is soon far the worst I have seen in the entire crypto space.  I sent my tokens on their platform to trade for bitcoin. The tokens were stolen before it could get to the exchange platform.
"The tokens were stolen before it could get to the exchange platform."
Hello. But who stole your tokens?

Perhaps, you sent wrong tokens (tokens with the same ticker, but different smart-contact address).
Or you sent unswapped tokens.
Or you sent tokens to the wrong address.
Or you sent coins after the blockchain of this coin stopped?

Anyway, you can contact our support team: https://crex24.com/contact

Note, if you send BRO to your old BRO address - you'll lose these coins.

Hey Crex24 team I know you heard what happen in cryptopia today,  What's your take with funds security? I am currently using your exchange to trade some alts for day trading.

Worst case scenario, In case of hack how will you handle the situation?
2FA, cold wallets, manual check of transactions and more.
In the worst case, our losses will be minimal. But of course we won't let that happen.

This is a standard KYC policy: https://crex24.com/aml
....transaction monitoring and analysis of any significant deviations from the normal activity of the Users;
What do you mean by "deviations from normal activities"?
From here, a funny concept and any user activity can be interpreted as a violation.
If a client is suspected of violating the KYC policy, what will you do: will you not accept funds for a deposit or will you accept and block them?

Quote
User transaction monitoring and data analysis is also a tool for risk assessment and detection of suspicious transactions.

What does suspicious transactions mean and how do you determine that they are suspicious?
Is this approach not a legitimate type of fraud aimed at misappropriation of foreign funds?
that the money obtained illegally can only be determined by the court.
If we receive the email, with police/court order, and address, which belong to our user we:
Will temporarily freeze this account.
Will send the copy of this order to user.
Will wait the end of the investigation.

Therefore, if coins were stolen - we'll do our best to return them to their rightful owner.

We'll never freeze any account "just because we want to".
