API: https://docs.crex24.com/trade-api/v2/. It's not REST exactly, but more an RPC-style HTTP API. Anyway, hopefully it'll fit your needs.

This exchange platform is a wack platform with huge withdrawal fees and their security system is soon far the worst I have seen in the entire crypto space. I sent my tokens on their platform to trade for bitcoin. The tokens were stolen before it could get to the exchange platform.

Perhaps, you sent wrong tokens (tokens with the same ticker, but different smart-contact address).
Or you sent unswapped tokens.
Or you sent tokens to the wrong address.
Or you sent coins after the blockchain of this coin stopped?
