Hello! Perhaps better leave it here maybe it will help to solve my problem. The withdrawal of BTCZ coins stuck with the status processing more then 4 days and nothing changed! Every day I send a email to support and get approximately the same answers.

"We'll check it, Your coins will be sent/credited back to your Crex24 account soon."

"We are awfully sorry, but please wait. "

"We are awfully sorry, but we are still trying to solve your problem"

I'm losing money because of you.
Do something! Fix this!


Update 02.09: finally 5 days later the coins are received!

this market in its service is quite satisfying, but indeed there are still many shortcomings that must be added, even though the types of coins are many, but the volume is still small, hopefully in the future the trading volume in this market will increase.

Maybe with a Crex24 token/crypto?

Unfortunately, there is no way to clean up dust (probably, we'll make smth later).
We don't have our own token/coin.
Do you plan to have own token like Binance, Coinex, et?
Yes, but can't tell you the exact (or even approx) date of coin release.

Can you provide some proof regarding your comment? Accusing an exchange with such approach right off the bat isn't something you should be doing here. The CREX24 profile is quite active here so maybe they'll be able to help you with your concern. Are you depositing or withdrawing coins from them? Also, have you checked with that specific coin if they're having some updates with their wallet? Usually, when new wallet is being released, withdrawals are being delayed to avoid any problem during the upgrade.

I would not comment here if my issue was not resolved. Just look at the discord, I'm not the only one having problems, I'm VERY worried about what's going on. The withdrawal for my wallet is pending so far, and my wallet is active. And they do not respond to support. I am still not accusing, but it is very strange, the company does not take action
