I'll tell you my vision using crex24 for about 3 months. They are growing up in a mess and are starting to sin in customer service. Great exchanges have lost credibility and confidence for lack of effective support. The service of yours is of parabens, but the support is beginning to be doubtful.

So, it seems that the Crex24 representative here in BTCtalk is only active when promoting new coins that got listed in their exchange and nowhere to be found when posts regarding customer problems began to appear. I don't know if they already replied to your concerns but it maybe useful to let them know about your issues using different channels.
